Welcome to my heart chakra meditation.
This meditation is designed to help cleanse and realign your heart chakra to help you feel more open and worthy of giving and receiving love.
The heart chakra is important in our spiritual practice to remain aligned,
Open and vulnerable to love in a good way.
I first of all want you to close your eyes,
Center yourself and make sure that you're comfortable and in a safe environment where you won't be disturbed throughout this meditation.
Make sure that your feet are planted firmly on the ground and your hands rested gently upon your knees.
I now want you to start by taking some deep breaths.
We're going to do this in counts of five,
So breathe in for five seconds,
Hold for five seconds and release for five seconds.
If at any time you feel this is unmanageable you can reduce the amount of time.
The amount of time is not important as long as it's done in healthy equal measure.
We're now going to do this for a few rounds.
You should now start to be feeling more relaxed and centered in this meditation.
I now want you to bring your entire focus into your heart chakra which is located in the middle of your chest.
If any thoughts come into your head at any time simply send them love and send them on their way.
This is your time to focus on your heart chakra which is really important so just remain your focus in that area.
I first of all want you to imagine as you breathe in,
Breathing in bright green light into your heart chakra area and when you exhale you release anything that is no longer serving you.
Again do these deep breaths for a few rounds,
Breathing in bright green light into your heart chakra and breathing out and releasing anything that no longer serves you.
As you breathe in your heart chakra begins to swirl in a clockwise motion.
See your heart chakra swirl clockwise with bright green light.
These are cleansing breaths that will help to cleanse any negative energy or beliefs that have been held here.
While still remaining your focus in the heart chakra area and seeing the green light in your heart chakra we're now going to repeat some positive affirmations that will help to reinforce the cleansing we have done in your heart chakra.
You can also say these affirmations daily if you'd like to do them out of this meditation to help keep your heart chakra aligned and in good flow.
Simply repeat these affirmations after me.
I love and accept myself wholeheartedly as well as all those in my life.
I love and honor my truth and feel confident in voicing my authentic self.
I am worthy and deserving of honest authentic and loyal love in all forms.
I am worthy and deserving of respect and integrity from those I come in contact with.
I am worthy and deserving of all the miracles and manifestations I have been putting out into the universe.
The universe loves me and wants me to succeed.
I forgive others easily and release myself from any blame or guilt I've been holding on to.
I surround myself with positive people who bring such happiness and light into my life and others.
I release all judgment of others and witness when I need to return to my true nature which is love.
I love myself unconditionally which allows me to love others unconditionally.
I love and accept my body which allows me to witness how beautiful and unique I really am.
I am constantly connected to the divine and receive help and support which then allows me to give help and support to others in healthy equal measure.
We're now going to take a few extra cleansing breaths once again.
So imagine when you breathe in breathing in green light into your heart chakra area.
See your heart chakra swell clockwise with green bright light.
This light echoes throughout your body and you feel cleansed refreshed and aligned to your true nature which is love.
You are free to be open vulnerable and honest.
You are free to be your authentic self around people and embrace who you truly are.
That's what the universe wants you to do.
Keep releasing your breaths and releasing anything that no longer serves you.
We're now going to start coming out of this meditation.
You should start to be feeling more lifted more lighter and more connected to your heart center.
More connected to divine love and more connected to you.
You can do this meditation as often as you like.
I would normally suggest once a week especially if you've been going through tough times where you feel that your heart chakra is closing.
When you feel ready I'd like you to become more aware of your surroundings.
You can do this by start to wiggling your toes and start wiggling your fingers.
When you feel ready slowly become more aware of your surroundings and open your eyes.
