Welcome to my evening gratitude meditation.
This is designed to be done at the end of your day to help you relax,
Unwind and manifest abundance for the new day ahead.
I first of all just want you to make sure that you're comfortable in the seat that you're in and that you won't be disturbed throughout the duration of this meditation.
And when you're ready,
You can close your eyes and start to take deep breaths in.
And on the exhale,
Just releasing any stress or any tension from your day so far.
And just really focusing on your breathing,
Feeling the air filling your lungs.
And on the exhale,
Releasing any stress,
Any tension or any worries from your day.
And with every release,
You're feeling more relaxed,
More at peace and at ease.
And I want you through your mind's eye now with your eyes closed still to just reflect upon your day.
And almost see your day like a movie in your mind,
Just playing through once again the events of the day.
And I want you to notice what felt easy today.
And what maybe didn't feel easy today.
What challenges came up for you today?
And how did you overcome them?
And as you identify any challenges or any frustrations today,
I just want you to see them simply float away in your mind's eye.
So each one is simply just floating away from you right now,
One by one.
And they are just effortlessly floating away from you.
And you feel the tension or any stress or worry simply melting away with this now.
And I now want you to think about what made you smile today.
What winds or manifestations made you smile today?
What winds or manifestations happened for you?
Feel these in your heart center.
Feel the joy,
The happiness,
Whatever emotion it is.
I want you to feel that within your heart center now.
And again,
Taking a big deep cleansing breath in as you place your hand on your heart center.
And on the exhale,
Just embodying the smiles and positivity from the day.
And I now want you to think forward to tomorrow.
What do you want to cultivate or manifest tomorrow?
Set an intention that feels right for you.
And finally,
How would you like to feel tomorrow?
What words would you like to experience or embody?
And as you sit now on the chair or the bed that you're in,
Just noticing how you feel.
How any stress or worry has simply melted away in your heart full of gratitude and peace.
And as you come back into your body,
I want you to repeat these affirmations out loud after me.
If you want to repeat them in your waking life,
Then please feel free to do so.
But for now,
Just repeat them after me.
I enter into a peaceful and restful sleep.
I am relaxed and full of gratitude.
I am so grateful for all I experienced today.
Tomorrow is going to be an amazing day.
And as you feel the energy of those affirmations around you now,
Taking one last deep cleansing breath in.
And on the exhale,
Releasing anything now that needs to be released from your day.
And as you start to come back into your body,
You can just start to move your hands and start to move your feet.
Just feel yourself slowly grounding back in.
Becoming more aware of the room and your surroundings.
Feeling lighter,
Feeling brighter,
Feeling so much love and appreciation.
And when you're ready,
Smile and open your eyes.
