Welcome to my daily gratitude meditation.
I first of all just want you to make sure you're comfortable in the seat that you're in and that you won't be disturbed throughout the duration of this meditation.
And when you're ready you can close your eyes and start to take deep breaths in and on the exhale just releasing any stress or any tension from your day so far and just centering in grounding in and feeling yourself sat on the seat or bed that you're in and as you feel relaxed within your body I just want you to notice any sounds any smells or any sensations around you as you keep your eyes closed and just notice how you feel within your body today feeling centered and grounded and held I want you to place your hands upon your heart space in the middle of your chest and again taking a deep cleansing breath in and on the exhale releasing anything from your heart center now that is no longer needed and as you connect to your hands on your body on your heart space I want you to think about and allow these to flow naturally three things that you are grateful for today just allow the first things that pop into your head to come forward and bring your energy and attention to them I want you to feel these three things in your heart deeply and think about why you are grateful for them and thank these things for being in your life now and as you hold these three gratitudes in your heart center I want you to take a deep breath in and on the exhale embodying the gratitude into your heart center now and I now want you to set an intention to bless or bring abundance to someone's day I want you to think of someone or something you would like to bless today for the highest good of all maybe that's intending the joy magic and happiness flows into this person's day but set an intention with your hands still placed on your heart for the highest good of all and as you sit here surrounded by this beautiful gratitude energy I want you to repeat these affirmations out loud after me if you want to repeat them in your waking life then please feel free to do so but for now just repeat them after me thank you angels for infusing gratitude into every cell of my body I am so lucky and grateful I am divinely blessed with so many miracles in my life I'm happy healthy and grateful for all I have and taking one last deep cleansing breath in on the exhale grounding in embodying gratitude and feeling good I finally just want you to repeat the words and thank the universe thank you thank you thank you universe as you feel your hands on your heart space still just notice how you feel now versus at the beginning of this meditation and the gratitude and love that you feel within your heart space and body now and the miracles that are going to flow your way and everybody's way today and as you come back into your body you can just start to move your hands and start to move your feet and just feel yourself gently coming back in feeling lighter feeling brighter feeling so full of gratitude and appreciation for life and when you're ready you can open your eyes and smile
