As we begin this meditation,
Taking a moment to come into a comfortable seated position,
You might like to just gently roll through your shoulders,
Move through your neck,
Just coming back into your body,
Into this space,
Your eyes softly closed,
Your hands resting in your lap,
Or with the palms facing up,
The hands on the back of the legs.
As you become aware of your breath now,
Inhaling deeply into the body,
Exhaling,
Shoulders relaxed,
Your jaw relaxed,
Your forehead relaxed.
With each breath your body softens.
With each breath you bring your awareness to your heart,
Dropping gently into the heart space,
Feeling your body become heavy,
Anchored,
Supported by the earth beneath you.
What do you desire?
What do you desire from your life,
What feelings,
What ways of being do you desire to embody,
To embrace,
To be?
What do you desire in this moment,
In this week,
In this month,
In this year,
In this lifetime?
What do you desire?
Allow your desires to expand in your heart space,
Grow to bloom,
Unfurling in your heart space.
You may be able to put words to them or perhaps,
Right now it's just feelings,
It's just sensations,
It's colours,
It's warmth,
It's coolness.
Allow it to flow to expand from your heart.
What do you desire for your life?
What lights you up?
What do you feel passionate about?
What brings you joy?
What expands,
What stretches,
What allows growth?
What do you desire to feel,
To express,
To be?
What do you desire for your life?
What do you desire for this moment and each precious moment,
Your one wild,
Glorious,
Magnificent life?
What do you desire?
What do you desire?
What do you desire?
Gently now begin to bring awareness back to your body,
Inhaling deeply through the nose and out through the mouth and again.
One more time.
Coming back to your natural breath now.
Allowing yourself to be with all that came up for you.
Perhaps opening a journal or a notebook and writing down all that came through during your meditation.
Opening your eyes when you're ready and following your heart in all that you desire for your glorious,
Unique,
Wild expression of life.
