For this meditation of guided affirmations you may like to come into a comfortable seated position or perhaps standing where you have some space to ground your feet to the floor.

To breathe deeply as you gently lower your eyes,

Closing your eyelids if comfortable for you to do so.

As you come back to your breath inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling through the nose,

Bringing a hand to the heart,

A hand to the belly.

Repeating after me or just saying them silently in your head.

These affirmations,

These words of love,

Of worthiness,

Of connection,

Of embrace.

Let's begin.

I am worthy.

I am whole.

I am unique.

I am love.

I am transforming.

I am light.

I am peace.

I am seen.

I am heard.

I am expansive.

I am worthy.

I am peace.

I am love.

I am joy.

I am seen.

I am heard.

It is safe for me to take up space in this world.

It is safe for me to take up space in this body.

I am love.

I am whole.

I am unique.

I give myself permission to wildly experiment with this one magical life.

I honour myself in each moment.

I am love.

I am pure love.

I am energy in motion.

I am expressive.

I am safe to take up space in my body in this world.

I breathe deeply to nourish my body,

Slowly now inhaling through the nose,

Sighing out through the mouth and again.

One more time.

Coming back to your natural breath.

And when you're ready,

Opening your eyes and continuing on with your day.
