Take a moment to lie down and get comfortable.

Feel free to fidget until you find the ideal position to rest for a moment.

Place your hands by your sides.

Right hand on right side.

Left hand on left side.

Palms facing up.

Start to draw your awareness to the room you are in.

Begin to notice the sounds around you without fixating on any one particular sound.

Just allow yourself to be present with the sounds of the room.

As you become aware of the sounds around you,

Start to shift your awareness to the sounds of your body.

Draw your attention to the sound of your breath.

Notice the natural rise and fall of your chest and the effortless wave of your breathing.

Begin to draw all of your senses into your breath and be present with this life force of energy.

Allow your body to gently relax with every inhale and exhale.

Notice your awareness at the center of your forehead.

Allow your breath to draw your attention to the center of your forehead,

Your third eye center.

For a moment imagine in this center there is a blue light.

With every inhale you take,

This blue light expands and starts to touch every corner of your body.

It should expand as it fills your entire body with this blue light.

As you become aware of this blue light,

Notice that it starts to pull your attention back to the center of your forehead.

In your imagination,

At the center of your forehead,

Your third eye center,

A film screen begins to appear.

It's hard to imagine that this film screen appears in your third eye center,

Just as if you were to be watching a movie.

A message also begins to appear on the screen of your mind.

This message is your sankalpa or a personal intention.

Consider it like an affirmation that is there to create a positive change in your life.

Usually this intention or affirmation appears as an I am statement.

So your intention is a personal vow to yourself of what you are embodying or manifesting,

What you are working towards,

Or what you would like to create.

So for example,

If I am working on patience,

My sankalpa may be I am patient.

So for a moment,

Just watch the film screen in your mind's eye and notice what I am statement appears for you.

As you see it being revealed,

Start to repeat it to yourself in your mind and imagine as if it were already true.

How might your life change if this statement were already true?

Notice how you might feel when you wake up tomorrow,

How the rest of your week may be different,

And how your thoughts and actions might align with this personal vow to yourself.

Imagine that it's a seed that is planted in your subconscious and that it starts to take root even deeper with every repetition you say to yourself.

As you allow those words to take root,

Start to draw your awareness back to the center of your forehead and become aware of that blue light.

Begin to watch it as it travels and draws a line from the center of your forehead to your right thumb.

See the blue light illuminate your right thumb.

Notice if you feel a tingling or pulsating sensation here.

From your right thumb,

The blue light bounces to your right index finger,

Your right middle finger,

Ring finger,

And pinky finger.

The light travels to the center of the palm of your right hand and then around to the back of your right hand.

Just notice your entire right hand fill with this blue light.

Continue to focus your awareness as the light travels up to your right wrist,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Right upper arm,

Right under arm,

Side of your right waist,

Right hip,

Thigh,

And left knee.

Right knee.

Lower leg.

Right ankle.

Heel.

Sol of the foot.

Top of the foot.

Expanding into your right big toe.

Second toe.

Third toe.

And pinky toe.

Now imagine the entire right side of your body illuminated in this blue light.

Bring your awareness to the left side of your body.

And focus your attention as the blue light appears in your left thumb.

Notice if you feel any tingling or pulsating sensations here.

From your left thumb,

The light travels to your left index finger,

Middle finger,

Left ring finger,

And pinky finger.

The blue light drops down to the center of the palm of your left hand.

And then to the back of your left hand.

Notice your awareness as the blue light travels to your wrist,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

Left underarm,

Side of the waist,

Your left hip,

Thigh,

Left knee,

Left lower leg.

Ankle.

Heel.

Sol of your left foot.

Top of the foot.

The blue light expands into your left big toe.

Second toe.

Third toe.

Fourth toe.

And left pinky toe.

See your entire left side body fill with this blue light.

Just become aware of any sensation pulsing or tingling on the left side of your body.

Draw your awareness to the blue light as it travels to the sole of your right foot.

Sol of your left foot.

Solves of both feet together.

It fills your right heel,

Left heel,

Both heels together.

Right calf.

Left calf.

Both calves together.

Back of the right knee.

Back of the left knee.

Backs of both knees together.

See the blue light as it travels to the back of your right thigh.

Back of your left thigh.

Backs of both thighs together.

The blue light fills your right glute.

Left glute.

Backs of both glutes together.

From your glutes you see the blue light expand to your tailbone.

Sacrum.

It begins to radiate at the base of your spine entering the lower back,

Middle back,

And upper back.

The blue light moves to your right shoulder blade.

Left shoulder blade.

The space between both shoulder blades.

The blue light draws your awareness to the back of your head.

From the back of your head to the back of your neck.

And it fills the crown of your head.

Expands to the right side of your head.

Left side of your head.

And forehead.

Forehead.

Become aware of your right eyebrow.

Left eyebrow.

Space in the middle of both eyebrows.

See the blue light illuminate the space between both eyebrows.

And then like rays of the sun it radiates to your right eyelid.

Left eyelid.

Entire right eye.

Entire left eye.

Right cheek.

Left cheek.

The blue light fills your right nostril.

Left nostril.

Right ear.

Left ear.

Top lip.

Bottom lip.

Chin.

The blue light highlights the outline of your jaw.

Draw your awareness to the right side of your neck.

Left side of your neck.

Inside of your mouth.

The back of your mouth.

The blue light traces the roof of your mouth.

Entire mouth.

And travels from your mouth.

Filling both sides of the neck.

And then down to the center of your chest.

See this light illuminate the right side of your chest.

Left side of your chest.

And then back to the center of your chest.

Become aware of the blue light as it travels to the center of your belly and radiates outward tracing the entire outline of your body.

See your body wrapped in this blue light.

Notice how it feels to be wrapped in this light.

Start to draw your awareness back to the sound of your breath.

Pull your consciousness up to your third eye.

The center of your forehead.

And for a moment remember your sankalpa.

Your personal intention.

See it flash on the screen of your mind and repeat it to yourself.

Now let it go.

Now on the screen of your mind a clock appears with the numbers 11 on it.

With every inhale and exhale the clock begins to count backwards from 11 to 1.

With every inhale you see a new number appear.

As you begin to notice the countdown in your minds eye you also begin to count backwards from 11 to 1.

With each inhale and exhale you can begin.

It doesn't matter what number you arrive at or if you lose your count you can always start again.

On your next inhale begin.

And I will be here to guide you back when it's time.

Let go of your count.

And again start to draw your awareness to the center of your forehead.

Your third eye.

And in this space imagine there is a window.

And in that window you can see the blue light in the distance.

You can see the blue light on the horizon.

Start to focus on the horizon and be guided by my voice as I guide you through a series of opposite feelings and sensations.

Rapid visuals and a visualization.

If you get lost or fall asleep my voice will always be here to guide you.

Start to engage your imagination and imagine the feeling of heaviness.

Feel your arms heavy.

Your legs heavy.

Your eyelids heavy.

Your feet heavy.

The back of your head heavy.

Your breath heavy.

Feel each part of your body getting heavier.

Heavier.

So heavy it feels as if it could sink into the floor.

Now let it go.

Start to draw on a feeling of lightness.

Feel your arms light.

Your legs light.

Your eyelids light.

And your feet light.

Notice the back of your head feeling light.

Your breath light.

With each inhale and exhale your body feels lighter.

You feel so light as if you could float like a balloon.

Now let it go.

Now for a moment I want you to just go back and forth between these two sensations.

Heavy light.

Heavy light.

Heavy light.

And then start to let both of these sensations go and find a place of neutral.

And again draw your awareness to your minds eye and find the horizon in the window of your third eye.

And as you find the horizon I want you to call on a time where you felt confused.

Remember a time where you felt confused.

Notice what memory appears on the screen of your mind.

And just watch this memory play like a reel as if you are an outsider watching the film of your life.

How does your body feel confused?

Where do you feel confused most in the body?

Do you feel a tightness in your chest?

Or your heart starts to race faster?

Does your brain feel foggy?

As you become aware of this time you felt confused gently release it.

Now recall a time you felt clarity.

Notice that memory appear on the screen of your mind.

And again like an outsider watching the film of your life.

See this memory as a reel playing showing you a time where you felt clarity.

Where did your body feel clarity?

Where did you feel clear most?

Now let go of this experience.

And again try not to get attached to any one feeling thought or memory but simply be an observer.

Start to shift between the feelings of confusion,

Clarity,

Confusion,

Clarity,

Confusion,

Clarity.

Now gently let go of both of these feelings and again come back to a state of neutral.

Drawing your awareness to your third eye center,

The center of your forehead.

Back to the horizon in the window of your third eye.

And as you focus your awareness on the horizon your personal intention or sankalpa appears.

In this next series of visuals and visualizations you might find some old memories or emotions get stirred up and that's okay.

Rather than linger on any one memory or emotion or what you might be surprised by again return to that idea of being the observer of your life.

Just notice them almost as if they are clouds in the sky and again continue to remember the horizon.

Simply watch these memories or emotions if they come up and see them as they go.

Bring your awareness to your third eye center,

The center of your forehead.

And begin to imagine the smell of fresh lavender.

The taste of a juicy ripe mango.

The feeling of chapped lips.

A clear blue sky.

A double rainbow.

A double rainbow.

A double rainbow.

Michelle Obama.

A blue bird.

The smell of salt air at the ocean.

A box of crayons.

Your mother's eyes.

A composition notebook.

A purple pig.

A flowing stream.

A still calm and clear lake.

The horizon in your third eye window.

As you focus on the horizon recall the blue light.

You see the blue light in the distance.

And as you focus on this light it grows brighter.

So much so that you find you are sitting on a red wooden boat.

On a calm clear blue lake.

You are surrounded by forest green mountains and pine trees.

You can smell the faint scent of pine in the air.

And in your red wooden boat are two oars.

You pick them up and you start to row towards the horizon.

As you row you see little fish jumping in the air and coming up to the surface.

You row until you start to see a little island.

And as you get closer to the island you begin to make your way.

And you park your boat in the mix of grass,

Mud and sand.

As you step out of the red wooden boat the smell of the pine grows deeper and more rich.

And as you walk a little further you realize that you are in a pine tree sanctuary.

As you continue your walk a path appears.

And you start to walk on the path further into the sanctuary.

You can hear birds in the distance.

And as you continue your walk just a little further ahead you start to see a figure.

There is a comforting energy to this figure and you are curious about who it is.

So as you walk a little further you find that there is a bench for you to sit on.

So you find a seat on the bench.

And as you do the figure begins to move closer towards you.

And as this figure gets closer you start to realize who it is.

Your eyes light up in surprise to find that this figure is your mother.

She comes face to face with you and holds both of your hands in her hands.

She looks you deep in your eyes.

And as she looks you deep in your eyes she shares a message with you.

This message is your sun kalpa.

Your personal intention.

You hear her as she repeats your sun kalpa to you while looking you deep in your eyes.

You allow yourself to receive her words and you close your eyes for a moment and you sit with her.

As you close your eyes you awaken inner vision and new perspective.

The third eye window is clear and you can see the horizon.

You take in her words again and again as she gently whispers them to you now.

And you allow them to be a guide for you.

These words serve to be a guide for you each and every day moving forward.

Each and every day that you wake up you will remember her voice in your mind.

Giving these words to you.

Guiding you to see life with new eyes.

New perspective.

Feeling as clear as the clear blue sky.

As you allow this insight to sit with you you find that your awareness draws you back to the red boat on the calm clear lake staring at the horizon.

In the distance you see the double rainbow.

For a moment repeat your sun kalpa to yourself.

Again imagining that it has already manifested.

Start to draw your awareness back to your third eye center.

The center of your forehead.

And remember the blue light.

See your body wrapped in this blanket of blue light.

And start to draw your senses to your breath.

Become aware of the sound of your breath.

And the natural rise and fall of your chest.

Become aware of the sensations of the room.

Start to notice the room around you.

And begin to gently wake up your body.

By wiggling your toes and your fingers.

Deepening your inhales and gently exhaling.

Start to gently wake up the body.

Becoming aware of your eyes and your eyelids.

And when you are ready you can take a deep inhale and slowly exhale it out of your mouth.

And gently open your eyes.
