Welcome to this guided meditation.
Allow yourself to find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Remain undisturbed for this time together.
Begin to allow yourself to just simply relax into your body.
Take a gentle breath in,
In to fill up your ribs and then slowly exhale out through your mouth.
Do that one more time,
Taking in a gentle breath in and exhaling.
Start to imagine that there is a cord that drops down from the universe,
Travels to the top of your head,
All the way through the center of your body,
Down to your feet and anchors you to the earth.
Following the pace of your breath,
As you inhale this cord begins to expand and it grows and expands in color,
Filling up your mind and body with light.
Imagine that it brings as well clarity,
Clearing out the old energy that may be stagnant,
Just bringing you a sense of peace.
As you feel a little bit more relaxed,
Begin to imagine that this light is a guide,
That with your thoughts you can go anywhere and experience anything with this guide beside you.
So start to imagine that there is a journey ahead of you,
That this light begins to lead you towards that journey and before you know it you find yourself inside of a room.
In the blink of an eye you have just left this earth plane and you have arrived inside of a classroom.
Letting go of space and time,
You feel transcendent here,
Weightless,
Light as a feather and yet still very grounded.
Begin to notice what this classroom may feel like,
Look like,
Sound like,
Are there smells or particular taste that comes to mind.
This is a classroom that you have never seen before.
It is unlike any classroom that you have been in before.
There are new faces that you have never seen and an energy you have never experienced.
Are there desks?
What do the chairs look like?
Perhaps it is a very unique setup unlike anything that you have experienced in a classroom.
You also notice that there is a guide,
A teacher in the front of the room.
This room begins to feel very ethereal,
Very mystical.
There is a sense of relief that comes over you.
You are in a classroom filled with spirit.
Beside you are guides,
Loved ones,
Teachers,
Students who are also here as well.
Next to the guide is a board.
On this board is a message,
A topic chosen specifically for you to learn about.
A special message that was written for you to receive.
Notice if you can see what that message is and allow your senses to guide you to receive everything that the message is there to give you.
Allow yourself to connect with the teacher,
To meet with the other students,
To explore this classroom with an open mind and an open heart.
Allow yourself to listen.
Notice who is beside you.
Notice what the teacher may look like.
What kind of energy does he or she have?
And what are you here for?
You may find that there is a notebook nearby,
A blank notebook for you to write down exactly what it is that you need to know.
So allow yourself to sit for a moment and to be here in this experience to feel the energy of this spirit classroom.
Notice what you might feel called to write down the message that is shared with you.
Something that you can take back with you in your everyday life.
Notice if there is anyone who might sit beside you and converse with you or share something with you.
Perhaps a gift.
Perhaps it's a loved one on the other side who simply wants to be with you.
So just take a moment to be present with your surroundings.
So allowing yourself to receive all of the gifts,
All of the knowledge that this place has.
Acknowledging all of the teachers and the guides,
The students who you met.
Acknowledging yourself for showing up.
Knowing that you always have access to this place,
This room of knowledge.
You can always come back anytime.
So when you're ready just begin to shift your awareness the same way that we traveled here with a light as a guide.
Just allow that light to start to bring you back slowly into your body,
Slowly into your mind.
Beginning to feel the environment of which you are in.
Feeling the weight of your body.
Noticing your fingers and your toes.
Noticing your breath.
Just allow yourself to breathe in gently and sigh it out.
And one more time just taking another gentle inhale in and exhaling out.
When you're ready start to open your eyes.
