Thank you for joining me on this journey of loving ourselves into wholeness.
Start by finding a comfortable position,
Either lying on your back or sitting upright with your spine aligned.
Start by taking a long breath in and slowly exhale.
Roll your shoulders back and down and let go of any tension your body may be holding onto.
Take another long breath in and let it go slowly out of your mouth.
Let's do this one more time together.
Give yourself some love for carving out this time for yourself and let us set an intention for your practice today.
What do you need in this moment?
Is it compassion for yourself and others?
Is it slowing down and finding patience?
Is it creative flow?
Listen to what your heart is telling you and bring this into your consciousness.
Throughout the practice,
Keep a light focus on this and let the manifesting begin.
Now imagine a bright light shining down on you,
Pouring through the top of your head and down your entire body.
Feel the tingles of this light starting from the tip of your head slowly to the bottom of your toes.
Feel the light as it pours down your face,
Over your eyes,
As if paint is slowly dripping down from the top of your head down your entire body.
Feel the warmth as it slowly drips down your neck,
Your torso,
And as we move through our heart we stop.
Put your hand on your heart and imagine light beaming from your heart in all directions.
Pause here to give yourself some extra love in this moment.
Give yourself what you need in this moment.
Who could you send love to?
Who could benefit from your light?
Now keep that warm feeling of compassion as the light continues to move down,
Down your stomach,
Down your legs,
Your thighs,
Over your knees,
Your lower legs,
And onto your toes.
Feel yourself rooted onto the surface beneath you.
You are safe in this moment to feel.
Connect to your body and breath and ground your spirit.
Now just begin to notice your breath without changing it.
Become curious to where your breath is found in this moment.
Are you breathing from your stomach,
Your chest?
Continue to imagine the light pouring down your body and allowing your breath to deepen slowly.
As we've brought our energy down,
We notice where are we holding?
Where can we let go?
Here you simply bear witness to what is.
Now bring your attention back to the top of your head and imagine your brain is in a warm bubble bath.
Give your mind the peace and focus it deserves and let it bathe in this magic.
In this journey of self-love and discovery,
We are tapping into our needs and what our mind and bodies are telling us in stillness.
Nietzsche once said,
Our greatest experiences are quiet moments.
In these moments,
We find ourselves.
We fill up our spirit and let go of all that ails us.
By showing up for ourselves in this way,
We are able to show up for others to have more patience and peace towards others and lead with our hearts.
Continue to notice how you are feeling.
What is coming up for you?
Always continue to give yourself love during this exploration.
This is all a curious journey we are on together.
You are not alone in your feelings.
You are just exploring.
You are meeting yourself as you would a companion.
You are meeting yourself as a friend.
Imagine now we journey to a field.
All around you is lush green grass.
You bend down and move your fingers slowly through the grass and breathe it in.
You're comforted by this smell,
By this place.
As you gaze upwards towards the sky,
You feel sunlight hit your face.
You look around.
Blue skies,
Bright blue.
Puffy white clouds passing slowly.
Abundance all around you.
You see in the distance a cornfield,
A pond with water glistening,
Slowly moving.
You feel playful as you did when you were young.
Breathe into the spirit.
Breathe into your spirit.
Now let's remind ourselves of the intention we set today and why and feed this and nurture this.
What do you need today?
What will set you up for success?
And how can we show up for ourselves to then show up for the people we love?
Look around the safe space we have created and let's all take another deep breath in.
Hold at the top and release out of your mouth slowly.
Now let it go.
Look around again at the beauty that surrounds you in this place.
Fill up with the magic of now.
The presence and peace.
And now slowly let us let go of this place.
But remember that at any moment you can come back to this place of calm and ease.
To that summer breeze.
That during any storm you have within you a peaceful lake.
Saying goodbye to our personal sanctuary for now let us slowly,
Very slowly begin to move your fingers,
Your toes.
Coming back into this moment.
Roll your neck and head around.
Dropping it back and slowly moving it in every direction.
Back open your eyes and take in your beautiful surroundings with a new perspective of hope.
Thank you for joining me on this exploration today.
I look forward to seeing you next time.
