This week's practice is the Pause B,

A simple portable four-step exercise which goes like this.

Pause whatever you're doing.

What do you notice?

How are you feeling?

What mode is your mind in?

What sensations do you feel in the body in this moment?

Feel your feet on the ground.

Let this anchor you.

Feel the sensations of breathing,

Either in your nose or in your chest or belly as you breathe in and out.

And simply be.

Relax into the present moment.

Pause and be.
