Our brain produces different brain waves based on our mood and state of mind during the day.

Meditation is an effective tool to induce more creative brain states that have a powerful effect on our bodies.

Generating more alpha waves makes you feel less anxious and more relaxed as the harmony is more powerful.

You feel less anxious and more relaxed as the harmony between your mind and body is restored.

Scientists have shown that highly creative people like artists,

Actors,

And even entrepreneurs tend to spend more of their time in alpha brain wave states.

This is because alpha waves produce more energy and more energy in the brain.

This is because alpha waves produce the inspiration from the subconscious mind where creativity and sudden insights come from creating surges of alpha brain wave activity.

Alpha waves naturally increase when you close your eyes,

When you're daydreaming,

Or when you're in a relaxed state.

They are the first stage of a bridge between the subconscious and conscious mind.

And they can lead to deeper levels of healing,

Health,

Happiness,

Creativity,

And success.

Get ready to ignite your alpha state.

Find yourself a comfortable position for this practice.

Maintain a nice,

Straight,

Comfortable back.

Place your hands on your knees or palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice.

Gently close your eyes and mouth.

And let's begin by taking in some nice,

Deep breaths.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out through the nose.

In through the nose.

Out through the nose.

In through the nose.

Out through the nose.

Let go of the outside world.

Let go of all distractions.

Let go of all thoughts.

But do not try and control the flow of your thoughts.

As you breathe in through the nose and out through the nose,

Allow all thoughts to drift softly and float aside.

Maintain your attention on your breath.

And let's follow our breath for the next few moments.

Let's take a deep breath.

Let's take a deep breath.

Let's see if you can follow your breath from the beginning of the inhale all the way through to the end of the exhale without becoming distracted.

Let's take a deep breath.

Now channel your attention behind your forehead.

Focus in on your mind's eye,

Located between your eyebrows.

Take a few breaths and anchor your attention on this point.

Now I'd like for you to visualize yourself in a white hallway.

And in the near distance,

There are big silver elevator doors and walk towards the doors.

As you approach closer,

The doors open automatically.

You enter the elevator.

This is the elevator that goes down to your subconscious mind.

There are 11 floors and we will go down to the first floor to the home of your subconscious mind.

The elevator doors automatically close.

You sense the elevator starting to go down.

As you enter each floor you go down,

You will be going deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.

Level 10.

Allow yourself to fall deeper into this practice.

Level 9.

Level 8.

Let go of the outside world of stimulation.

Level 7.

Focus on your breath.

Level 6.

Falling deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Level 5.

Surrender to this present moment.

Level 4.

Center your awareness on the sensation of your body.

Level 5.

Level 3.

What does your body feel like?

Level 2.

Focus on the space between your ears.

Level 1.

The doors open and you exit the elevator into the operating room of your subconscious mind.

Level 6.

The room is dark and all you can see is an illuminated human-sized capsule.

The capsule is made up of thick glass and white gloss frame.

There is a mystical violet color radiating from inside the capsule.

The violet color is shining through the glass.

Walk towards this capsule.

The capsule door opens and you enter the space that is illuminated with violet rays.

The capsule door closes.

You hear sounds of thunder.

This capsule is the core that fuels the subconscious mind.

It is made up of electrifying cosmic energy that will now fuel and recharge every cell in your body.

The colors get brighter.

The color from within the capsule changes to red.

Visualize the color red.

The color changes to orange.

Visualize the color orange.

The color changes to yellow now.

Visualize the color yellow.

The color changes again.

This time it changes to green.

The color changes to blue.

Visualize the color blue.

Again,

The color changes.

Visualize the color purple.

Feel your body recharge and rejuvenate while being encapsulated in the cosmic rays of infinite energy.

Feel your body burn up with electrical energy.

Every cell in your body is becoming infused with cosmic rays of light.

Now the color is changing once more to white.

The white is getting brighter and brighter.

Merge your consciousness with this white light.

As your consciousness grows,

The capsule is now igniting to blast off into the stars.

Get ready for the countdown.

Five.

Four.

Three.

Two.

One.

The capsule is encompassed by your consciousness and is now blasting off into outer space.

Visualize the stars in space.

As the capsule enters space,

It becomes weightless and the doors open.

You are released into deep space.

A wave of relaxation completely engulfs your body.

In this state,

The only thing to do is let go and embrace the weightlessness state of your body.

Feel your body drifting away into the calmness and vastness of space.

Coming to the end of our practice,

I want you to bring yourself back into the room that you're in.

Being aware of your body and being aware of your breath.

Take in a few deep breaths.

In through the nose.

And out through the nose.

I'm going to count up to five.

When I get to five,

Gently open your eyes.

One.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Five.

Six.

Seven.

Eight.

Nine.

Ten.

Six.

Five.
