Simply listening to these words can bring about a blossoming of sweet emotion within oneself. It can be soothing, Pleasurable, And rejuvenating. Settle into a cross-legged posture with the hands open facing upward, Maintaining a straight back with its natural curves. With the face slightly upturned, Allow your focus to rest between the eyebrows. Or if you wish, You can lie down and surrender the body to gravity.
