Begin by finding a comfortable seated position,

Closing your eyes and take a deep breath in and a slow exhale out.

Pausing here for a moment to settle into your space and acknowledge this time as a gift for yourself.

On your next breath in,

Really receive the breath.

Your breath is never guaranteed.

Feel as it enters and expands your entire body,

Receiving the breath and now let it go.

Giving thanks for the simplicity of your breath in all that it does without you needing to think about ever doing it.

Let's set your intention for the day.

Just for today,

I choose to align myself with presence and purpose.

I will guide my thoughts towards what uplifts and inspires me.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Release any tension you may be holding.

Just for today,

I will remain present even when faced with challenges or stress.

I embrace these moments as opportunity for growth and expansion.

Visualize yourself moving through the day with a steadiness and strength.

Just for today,

I see the solutions where others see problems.

I am solution-oriented,

Focused only on the paths that lead to my progress.

Just for today,

I choose my thoughts.

I get a say in what thoughts I believe in and have an effect on me.

I have the power to redirect my mind to thoughts that serve my highest good.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

Feeling peace and clarity with your exhale.

Just for today,

I trust the journey I am on.

I am evolving,

Expanding,

And becoming the best version of myself.

Even though I may not see the results today,

I know they are happening.

It's already on its way.

And just for today,

I trust the journey I am on.

Just for today,

I trust the journey I am on.

Spend a few more moments in this state of alignment and intention.

And whenever you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and take this sense of purpose with you into your day.
