Illuminate your breath within each inhalation, allowing your body to glow from the inside out. Enhance your ability to bring your full attention into the body using the visualization of colour and light.

Transcript

Welcome.

Make your way into a comfortable seated position.

And then I invite you to close your eyes.

Sitting up tall,

The crown of the head is rising.

And the chin is slightly tucked as to elongate the back of the neck.

Spine is straight but not rigid.

And palms relaxed.

Knees below hips.

Feet flat or relaxed and comfortable.

Taking three deep breaths in to collect your awareness.

Breathe into the nose.

And then open the mouth to the side out.

Breathe into the nose.

Open the mouth,

Side out.

Breathe into the nose.

Open the mouth,

Side out.

Breathing normally.

Tuning into your breath as it enters and exits the nose.

Finding its own rhythm and its own pace.

Feeling it as it enters and exits the body.

Noticing how cool the air is as it enters.

Noticing how warm it is as it exits.

Begin to soften your brows.

Allow your tongue to drop away from the roof of your mouth.

Glent your jaw.

And then softly drop your shoulders away from your ears.

You are here and you are exactly where you need to be.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Breathing into the nose and following it as it moves into the lungs.

Broadens across the collarbones.

Expands the ribs and lifts the belly.

Deflate the belly.

Entract the ribs.

Soften the chest.

Back up through the lungs and nose.

In times of silence is when you will find the mind naturally begins to drift off into thoughts.

The thoughts are not the enemy nor do you need to clear your mind of thoughts.

Rather you are developing the capacity to recognize when thoughts are happening without getting lost in the storyline.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Let's begin to invite a color or light into your breath.

The first color that comes into your mind's eye is perfectly right for you.

Connect that color with your breath as you breathe it in.

And as you breathe it out.

Take a journey with a color that is now illuminating your breath.

Understanding that color starts to enter from the top of your head.

As you breathe in it moves down your forehead into the space behind your eyes,

Your nose,

Your mouth,

Releasing the jaw.

This radiant color is streaming down your neck.

Breathing across your shoulders and your upper back.

Allowing the color to ripple its way down your arms.

Tops of the hands.

And out through the fingertips and beyond.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

The color is arriving at your chest.

As it moves its way down it manifests into the heart space.

Pouring into the lungs.

Interlacing itself between each individual root creating space.

Escalating across the mid-back and the low back.

Sinking deep down into the basin of your belly.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Trying to submerge that vibrant color into your tailbone.

Its radiance continues to travel across your hips.

Breathe as you let it travel down your thighs.

Swirl around your knees.

And weave through your calves down into your feet,

Out of your toes and beyond.

You are glowing from the inside out.

Inhale,

Allow that illuminating breath of color to begin to deepen.

Developing into the most vibrant shade you have ever seen.

On your exhale it starts to ripple outward around you taking up space.

Continues to widen around your body.

Inhale and envision this color rising up now around you.

As you exhale the colors surround you in a heart calming swirl.

You feel a sense of bliss and calmness as you are completely encapsulated.

Breathe here in the space of serenity.

And while this color swirls around you.

Give yourself full permission to release any current energy right now that is no longer serving you for your best interest and your highest good.

And allow that energy to be transmuted.

Your next breath in,

Imagine that color being pulled back into your body.

And as you slowly exhale,

Breathe it out one last time.

And start to take three deep breaths as you gradually bring your attention back into your body,

Back into the room,

And back into the space around you.

Take care and be well.
