From Dublin, Ireland I have been a lover of meditation for a long time now. It has helped me be a happier, healthier and more compassionate woman. A qualified Biochemist (a life time ago) I ended up in IT which led me to find what I was looking for in meditation, mindfulness and all things spiritual.
