Welcome to your nap and go session.

You are going to enter a very safe place where you will let go of all tensions,

Stress and worries.

Can you do that?

Good.

You will hear my voice only during the first phase,

Then the last phase of your nap.

In the middle,

The music will decrease gently and slowly to allow you to reach an in-between state.

Don't turn up the volume,

Let it fade into silence.

The music will increase again,

Slowly,

As well as my voice at the end.

You'll see,

It feels very good.

So follow my voice and take a minute to center your attention right here with me.

Let's take a deep and relaxing breath.
