If you’re carrying heartbreak, grief, or emotional weight that feels difficult to release, this guided meditation offers a safe space to soften, breathe, and begin letting go. This practice incorporates Havening touch, a gentle self-touch technique that uses slow, rhythmic movements to signal safety to the brain and calm the nervous system. When the body begins to feel safe, emotional intensity can soften and space can open for healing. During the meditation, you’ll be guided to apply Havening touch using simple movements such as: • Softly stroking your upper arms from shoulders to elbows • Lightly stroking your cheeks from the centre of your face outward • Gently rubbing your palms together Move slowly and rhythmically, allowing the repetition of the touch to soothe your nervous system and support emotional release. This meditation is an invitation to honour what you’ve been carrying while gently creating space for peace, compassion, and healing to unfold.
