Welcome,
My name is Elizabeth and today I will be your guide inside.
Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down and gently close your eyes.
Feel the sensation of your body and bring your awareness to your hands.
Whether you have an awareness of stress,
Disappointments,
Loneliness,
Anxiety,
I invite you to place that into your palms of your hands and make two fists with your palms,
Inviting that energy to move from all the different areas of your body in your field and to rush into your fists as you clench them for this time.
With our attention and our intention we invite it all to move into our fists and take a nice deep breath in through your nose and on the exhale allow your hands to release.
Take another nice deep breath in and on the exhale allowing sound to release and doing that one more time,
This time allowing your sound to allow that sticky energy to release,
Breathing in.
And now in this more open and available energy field I invite you to connect back to the palms of your hands.
Feel your pulse,
Feel your essence.
That energy,
That life force that's vibrating within you.
This is your essence.
And in this moment in time you are fully connected to that life force that you have been given for this life.
And you feel your breath moving in and out,
Not necessarily knowing if that next breath will come and it does.
Having some gratitude for this breath,
For this life,
For this moment on this planet.
And also noticing that everything that has happened before this moment has brought you here.
How did you get here?
Choices.
Every choice brought you to this moment.
And in this time we will not choose regret,
We will choose gratitude for every fall,
For every misstep.
Because now we have the choice to learn,
To evolve,
To grow,
To allow space for all of our suffering,
Our pain,
Our shame,
And our joy,
And our love.
What if in this moment you could just fully accept all that has happened?
Just breathing in through your nose acceptance.
Watch your breath as it moves in through your nose all the way down into your belly bringing in an energy of acceptance.
Let that energy move through your blood,
Your cells,
Your organs,
Into the trapped emotions.
I accept.
I accept.
I accept.
And in this space of acceptance we open a door.
And through this door of acceptance we have a new view which creates a new you.
So I invite you to see this door before you.
It is a magic door.
And as you place your hand on that doorknob,
This body that you have had is left behind.
The paradigm of the past is now gone.
And as you open that door and step into this next space,
This new chapter,
What will you choose?
What energy is most alive for you?
What is your heart hungry for?
Is it love,
Compassion,
Gratitude,
Courage,
Freedom,
Peace,
Light?
Allow your foot to step into the energy that you are walking into as you cross this threshold so that each foot is stepping into that field of energy.
And that energy is moving into both of your feet and moving into every toe electrifying your entire feet with this field of energy and moving into your legs,
Up into your knees,
Your thighs,
And then up into the spine and into all of your organs.
You may even see it as a color vibrating and moving up into the heart and the lungs and the shoulders and your arms and your fingertips and all through your head and your whole field.
Allow yourself to feel this energy and notice how it feels to resonate with this energy.
And now that you are a frequency of energy,
You can ask,
How can I serve this energy?
How can I be a vessel to others,
To myself,
To the planet?
How can I serve?
I am open to the path ahead.
I am open to the universe speaking to me.
I will listen.
I am here listening and available to this sacred life and this sacred body and this sacred now.
And feeling your breath in your body,
Having gratitude that you are still here breathing,
Not knowing if the next breath will come,
But grateful when it does.
And now just moving into the rest of your day or evening after this meditation is complete with gratitude.
Gratitude for the challenges and the ease that comes with life because it's all part of the path.
Knowing that when I hit a wall,
I can allow that wall to fall by simply accepting what is here and I can choose a new path.
Placing one hand on your heart and one on your belly as a simple reminder of your heart and your gut leading you on the path ahead.
