Take a 3 minute noticing break to get into a more relaxed and surrendered space so that you can move more deeply into trust of what is unfolding in your life. This pause practice centers on acceptance and letting go as we notice any contractions you may be experiencing. I hope it helps you let go and flow more easily with life.

Transcript

Take a nice deep breath in through your nose and on the exhale just let go completely.

Whatever is happening in your life in this moment we're taking a break.

We're feeling our body.

If you're sitting or laying down feel the heaviness of gravity holding you here wherever you are on the planet and having some simple gratitude that you can pause at any moment and notice what's happening in your mind and letting that go and then moving more deeply into the heart center.

Noticing what's happening there any weather any activity and then letting that go and then moving into the belly and noticing any contraction there and then letting that go and for all of these places in any other areas of contraction we're simply in a space of acceptance and letting go and our question to ourself is simply how can I let go a little bit more here?

And so we can set an intention from this moment forward as I breathe in and out I'm letting go with each breath because knowing that the more relaxed I am the more fruitful everything I do will be.

So breathing in acceptance breathing out letting go.

Let's do that a few times.

Accepting and letting go.

Accepting and letting go.

And simply trusting that there's a lot of energies working on the universe on the planet you're not in control of all that that you trust what's unfolding.

Allowing your breath to calm you when needed.
