Welcome.
My name is Elizabeth and today I will be your guide inside.
Today's meditation we will be exploring safety.
Safety is our portal.
Without safety we find ourselves lost and unsure and insecure with the uncertainty of life.
In this meditation we will create a container for ourselves,
For our minds,
Our hearts,
Our bodies so that we may go into deeper resources within and access wisdom,
Love,
Compassion and healing.
So find a nice place to sit or lie down and gently close your eyes.
Get in touch with the feeling of your body in this space right now.
Feel the heaviness of gravity holding you here.
You are on a planet spinning in space yet gravity,
Who we often forget,
Is keeping you safe here on our planet.
Holding you steady and still.
There may be energies within you that aren't steady or still and that's okay.
Whatever is present within you at this time within your mind I accept.
Within my heart I embrace.
Within my belly I say yes.
Within my entire being.
Inhaling yes.
Exhaling yes.
So getting in touch with the movement of breath.
And I invite you if you like to create a grounding cord from the base of your spine to the center of our planet.
This grounding cord is a way for you to release any energies that no longer serve you or that don't belong to you.
So they will effortlessly and easily just move down that grounding cord to the center of our planet all the way to the magma.
That magma will eat up that energy,
Transmute it into clean fresh energy.
So that's just happening as we meditate and as you move on into your day or evening.
You can create grounding cords at any time.
It's very stabilizing.
And then moving back into the body and we give our mind and our body and our heart permission to release anything that is no longer of its highest good for you.
We're going to go to the first chakra at the tip of the tailbone.
This center is our safety zone and we can create safety in many ways.
The grounding cord is helpful and we can also use the Bija seed sound,
Lam,
Which we will in a moment to bring it back into its perfection.
So first I invite you to just kind of talk to your first chakra,
Letting your first chakra know I am safe.
I am safe and allowing that first chakra,
Which if you are in a fight or flight or fear response,
It might be a little too open.
It might be blown out.
So inviting that first chakra to kind of close,
Not completely,
But to close more into like a 20% open,
Something like that.
So that you are alert if needed,
But not hypervigilant.
And then just again,
Sending those messages.
I am safe.
I am safe.
And then we will bring that up a notch by repeating the sound,
Lam.
So let's say that together.
Lam and then let's whisper it.
And now repeating the sound for the chakra.
Lam,
Lam,
Lam at your own rate.
And we will do this in silence,
Just repeating the sound in silence.
And that will bring the resonance of perfection to the first chakra.
You may get distracted at times.
That's okay.
Just when you notice that you're not repeating,
Lam,
Come back to the mantra.
Lam,
Lam,
Lam.
And you may begin.
Lam,
Lam,
Lam.
And you may begin.
Lam,
Lam,
Lam.
And you may begin.
Lam,
Lam,
Lam.
And you may begin.
Lam,
Lam,
Lam.
You can let go of the mantra and allow yourself to let go.
To connect with how you feel.
Connect with the medicine of sound.
The resonance we have created here together.
And now from this deeper space,
We have a portal.
And we can ask,
What is ready to rise from my depths?
What color?
What energy?
What frequency?
You may be given a color.
You may be given a word.
Whatever you receive,
Accept,
And if you receive nothing,
Trust that too.
And allow this color or energy just to grow,
Moving throughout your veins into every cell.
All the way to the top of your head,
To the tips of your toes,
And beyond,
Maybe even into a greater vortex around you.
And you can invite this energy that is you to guide you on the path ahead.
To see through your eyes and speak through your mouth and open your heart to the road ahead.
I invite you at the end of this meditation to write down the color and the word if you have one for what this frequency may be.
You can write it on your wrist or on a post-it note so that you can remain connected to it.
As we end this meditation together,
I'm going to ring a bell.
Allow this bell to resonate within you as you ease back into open eyes after the bell rings.
Thank you for your time.
Namaste.
Namaste.
