Good morning.

So,

To begin,

Settle into your favorite meditation position.

Take a few deep breaths in and out.

And begin to ground your energy in the present,

Right here and right now.

To support you in your gratitude and abundance practice,

We're going to generate some positive vibes this morning by focusing on two simple reflection questions.

First,

What do you have enough of?

Take a moment and just list in your mind all of the things that you actually have enough of.

As you begin to list what you have enough of,

Notice how it lifts and lightens your mood,

Causing you to feel grateful and appreciate what you already have.

Beautiful.

Next,

What is working in your life?

Take a moment and just notice all of the things that are already working in your life.

Wonderful.

And as you recount all of the things that are already working,

Allow the gratitude to expand,

Lightening your mood,

Bringing a smile to your face,

Remembering that gratitude turns what is enough into abundance.

You begin to move your body around,

Coming back into the room.

Open your eyes,

Aware and awake,

And ready to move on with an abundant,

Grateful day.

Peace and gratitude be with you.
