Join me now as we let go of and release any blocks you may have to letting love in.
We'll be using a simple visualization process,
So begin by finding a comfortable,
Quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
Sit up straight or lie down gently and breathe into your body in a really relaxed and peaceful way.
As you just allow yourself to breathe and relax,
You settle more firmly into your seat.
Place a hand over the center of your chest and drop into your body.
Notice how calm and quiet it is the deeper you drop into your body.
And from this quiet and centered place,
You imagine,
Visualize or sense that you are at the beach and sitting in front of a beautiful bonfire.
As you sit and watch this beautiful bonfire at the beach,
You find yourself relaxing even more as you stare into the flames.
And as you stare into the flames,
You call to mind some of the troubles you've been having with letting love in.
You call to mind an experience you've had recently where you felt like it was hard to let love in.
And as you call that experience to mind,
You reach into your pocket and you pull a picture out that helps you understand where this block to letting love in came from.
So reach in and pull a picture out and hold it in front of you.
And just notice who or what you see in this picture.
How does this picture help you understand a block you may have to receiving love?
And when you are ready,
Take the picture and flip it over.

Once you have received this message,
If it feels right,
Just throw the picture on the fire and let it go.
Allow it to be symbolic of you letting go of this block to receiving true and lasting love in your life.
Allow yourself to feel the physical release of that block in your body.
And finally,
Fill yourself with your own soulful love and light.
Fill these spaces inside you to overflowing with beautiful love and light.
Bask in these loving feelings that are always available to you.
And when you are ready,
Slowly and gently move your body around and come back into the room.
Open your eyes.
Aware and awake.
Feeling grateful and able to let love in.
