Welcome to the Balancing Body's self-esteem guided meditation.
This meditation has been designed to allow you to tune out the world and take some time to connect with yourself.
By connecting with yourself we will allow ourselves the chance to go a little deeper,
To heal on a profound level and to give ourselves some much-needed time of self-love.
By just taking these few minutes for yourself every day you will soon see a shift in your perspective and your self-love journey.
So just take some time to allow yourself to come to a place of comfort.
This may be in a seated or a reclined position of your choice.
A place where you can comfortably allow yourself to settle into stillness.
If you're laying down allow the body to feel supported and relaxed with the arms either on the belly or rested out to the sides with the palms the hands facing up.
If you are seated come to a seat in a comfortable position with the hands resting on the belly,
Chest,
In the lap or on the knees with the palms the hands facing up or down.
Wherever you find yourself comfortable just take some time now to make any final adjustments you need to make to allow yourself to come to a place of total stillness and total surrender.
Start to observe yourself fully.
Notice the way your body is landed on the earth.
Notice the contact between the body and the earth.
Notice the sensation of air moving over your skin without changing or altering it in any way notice the breath flowing in and out of the body.
Notice the rise and fall of the chest and the belly as the breath flows in and out.
Notice the cool air entering and the warm air coming back out.
Notice you in this moment in this stillness.
You are here and you are perfect in this very moment.
You and all of your self-perceived imperfections are exactly as you should be in this moment.
You are here and you are perfect in this very moment.
You and your perfect feet,
Feet that allow you to stand strong every day.
Your perfect legs,
Legs that allow you to go on this journey,
This journey of life it takes you from place to place.
Your perfect hips,
Hips that keep you stable and support you no matter what you need to do.
Your perfect belly,
The belly that allows you to nourish and energize your body.
Your perfect chest,
A chest that allows you to breathe,
Heart that allows you to feel.
Your perfect back,
A back that allows you to stand tall and take action.
Your perfect hands,
Hands that allow you to touch and feel everything this world has to offer us.
Your perfect arms,
Arms that allow you to go about your daily tasks and arms that give and receive hugs and love.
Your perfect shoulders,
Shoulders that give you the strength to lift yourself up.
Your perfect neck,
A neck that holds your head up strong.
Your perfect head,
The head that stores your magnificent brain that makes you the wise unique soul that you are.
Your perfect face,
A face that people see and lights them up.
Your perfect eyes,
Eyes that see all the magic around you,
Eyes that can look into another and create a connection like no other.
Your perfect nose,
A nose that allows us to breathe,
It smells and gives us a whole other sensory experience.
Your perfect lips,
Lips that allow you to eat,
To kiss,
To feel.
Your perfect self in its entirety.
The unique and perfect self has been through its own experiences to get you to this moment.
A perfect body that has been made to bring you to this moment.
A body and being that should be celebrated for all of the hard work that it has done.
A body that can give and receive so much love.
A body that can feel.
A body that can take you on the journey that you are here to take and learn the lessons that you are supposed to learn.
You are here and you are perfect in this very moment.
You are perfect in this very moment.
