Welcome to this sacred time of connection.

We are going to spend the next little while tuning into and nurturing our heart space.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position,

Either sitting comfortably upright or laying down in a warm and comfortable position.

Close down your eyes and settle the body.

Give your mind permission to relax.

Soften the shoulders,

The hands,

The whole arms,

The legs,

The hips,

The torso,

The neck,

And each muscle in the face,

Completely relax.

Allow the whole body to be gentle.

Allow the whole body to be gentle.

With each breath,

Allow any tension that you have in your body to be released.

Scan your entire body and notice where there is any tension.

Breathe into that space and just let the breath dissolve the tension.

Every inhale,

Every exhale,

You let go.

You let go.

Consciously let go and allow yourself to feel deeply relaxed.

Now place your attention on the centre of your chest,

Your heart space,

Your Anahata Chakra.

How does this space feel?

Does it feel warm or cool?

Is there tension or holding of any kind?

It might feel free,

Open,

Or just as if you're just sitting there and you're just sitting there and you're just sitting there and you're just sitting there and you're just sitting there and it might feel free,

Open.

It might feel as if there is a blockage of energy.

Maybe there's a heaviness or perhaps it feels light.

Whatever the sensation,

Allow it to just be.

Simply notice the sensations of your Anahata Chakra.

Be with it.

Now with each inhale,

Invite in a sense of warmth,

Security,

And ease.

With each breath out,

Allow yourself to let go of all that doesn't belong in this space.

Send your heart space,

Loving thoughts,

As you would to a small child you adore.

Imagine that with each nurturing and nourishing breath,

You're wiping away any dirt or dust that's covering your heart space.

There might be a little,

There might be a lot.

Imagine that your breath is actually inhaling into the heart and exhaling out of the heart.

Be here with this breath for several moments.

Give yourself time to open,

To release.

Reconnect with in and out of your heart.

If you'd like,

Take a moment to ask your heart a question or two and see what comes up.

Release expectation and just observe.

Maybe a lot comes up or maybe nothing at all.

Just give yourself permission to be free to ask and receive.

Notice what comes up.

What thoughts enter your awareness in this time?

Notice if or how different the answer or answers are as opposed to when you are answering with your head.

Notice the heart's wisdom.

Continue to sit and breathe and be with this new awareness.

Notice this place of reconnection.

Acknowledge this as a place that you can come back to whenever you desire.

Choose to stay here for some time or come with me now.

When you are ready,

When your hands are on top of another,

On top of your heart,

In the center of your chest.

Feel your heart space pulsating,

Illuminating and radiating the purest,

Most loving form of yourself.

Allow this loving wisdom and guidance to be what guides you today and always.

When you feel ready,

Take your time.

Beautiful,

Big,

Deep breath in and out.

Open your eyes.

Re-enter your world with a new sense of being.

Namaste.
