This brief process will prepare you for any important conversation or meeting. In it, I ask you a series of questions that will help you enter any situation, conversation, or important meeting, with one person or many, powerfully, with intention and clarity. I call it Situation Elevation. You can grab a pen and paper and write your answers down as you go if that helps you process or just state them out loud.

Hello,

I'm Ivy Kaminsky.

I teach seekers and entrepreneurs how to align with their soul's purpose so they can feel more lit up and alive and have more money and success.

And today I want to guide you through a brief process that I call Situation Elevation.

I will ask you a series of questions that will help you enter any situation,

Conversation,

Or important meeting,

Be it with one person or a group,

Powerfully,

With intention and clarity.

We often think of only what we want to get or gain out of any situation.

A more powerful way to approach an important encounter is to first know who you want to show up as and to do that with confidence and conviction.

These questions will guide you to do just that.

So let's dive in,

Shall we?

Please sit up straight and take a nice deep breath in through your nose.

Holding for a moment at the top and then breathing out audibly.

And do that a couple more times so that you are centered and present in your body.

First,

I invite you to consider who do you want to be in this situation?

Do you want to be calm,

Concise,

Or knowledgeable?

You can formulate your answers in your head or state them out loud.

Go ahead and do that now.

Who do you want to be?

Do you want to be creative and collaborative or reactive?

You can't be both.

You can't be both.

So who do you intend to be in this situation?

Say it out loud in a full sentence.

How do you want to feel before this conversation and leading up to it?

And how do you want to feel during this conversation or meeting?

Don't forget that you are the only one that can generate these feelings.

Next,

What is your desired internal outcome?

In other words,

How do you want to feel inside when all is said and done?

How do you want to feel inside when all is said and done?

And finally,

What is your desired external outcome or the best case scenario?

What happens from this conversation or meeting?

If there is anything else that you can do to set yourself up well,

Like to be prepared with any research or information,

To get a good night's sleep,

Meditate,

Take a walk or get out in nature beforehand,

To go in the bathroom and stand in a power pose with your hands on your hips right before,

To feel more powerful,

Or even just taking a few deep breaths and centering yourself before you arrive or walk in,

I invite you to do that.

Excellent.

You are all set for a successful encounter.

Kudos to you for taking the time and energy to make it the best it can be.

Regardless of the outcome,

You've done everything you can.

Now you can let it go.

And best wishes for a stellar outcome.

You
