Good morning bright beautiful soul.
I hope that your sleep was restful and restorative.
Taking this time for yourself first thing in the morning is one of the best gifts you could give yourself and you so deserve it.
First,
Give your body a nice nourishing stretch in whatever way feels good to you.
Now I invite you to ease into this slowly.
Take a little time to follow the natural rhythm of your breath.
Take a few deep cleansing breaths and let go of any residual sleep or energy that isn't serving you.
You can just energetically shake it off.
Consider how miraculous your body is and how much it does for you.
And tune into it.
How does your body feel?
Do you have any tightness or pain anywhere?
Can you give it a little attention,
Lean into it or even stretch it out?
And now that you're tuned in,
You can ask it.
Does your body have any important messages for you or anything it wants you to know?
And now I will ask you seven powerful questions,
One at a time and give you the space to contemplate your answers.
Beginning with,
What are you grateful for?
Who do you want to be today?
What do you need?
What do you want your day to look like?
Picture it now as if it were a movie playing in your favorite theater.
What is your intention for this day?
What do you want to create?
What is one word that can be your theme for the day and remind you of all of this to anchor you and to keep you on track?
You may want to write this down and keep it in front of you.
I celebrate you for taking the time for yourself this morning and I invite you to celebrate yourself as well.
