Welcome,

Dear one.

Today I invite you to embark on a journey within to connect with your ancestors and receive their wisdom and guidance.

Before we begin,

Find a comfortable position,

Close your eyes,

And inhale deeply.

Hold the breath at the top for a moment,

Then release it,

Letting go of any tension with a sigh if that feels good.

Do this a few more times as you settle into your body.

As you relax into this moment,

Imagine yourself in a tranquil place,

Surrounded by nature,

Perhaps in an enchanting forest,

By a serene lake,

In a meadow blooming with wildflowers,

Or near the beach with crashing waves.

Anywhere that you're drawn to that brings you a sense of calm and serenity.

This is your meditation.

Go ahead and inhale the pure,

Clean air of this place,

And as you exhale,

Imagine all the stress in your body flowing out and down to Mother Earth.

Feel any tension dissipate,

Leaving you completely relaxed in this serene environment.

As you walk in this picturesque setting,

Marvel at the beauty all around you.

What do you see?

Notice any plants,

Stones,

Trees,

Or animals.

What do you smell?

Inhale the sense of the dense,

Earthy forest,

The salty sea,

Or the crisp mountain air.

How does the ground feel as you make contact with it on your feet?

What sounds are present all around you?

Identify the specific point where that peaceful,

Serene feeling anchors itself within your body.

And as you venture deeper into this magical place,

You reach a clearing where everything opens up in front of you.

You are drawn to this space.

You can feel a deep reverence for the land,

And you know that you are in a very spiritual and special place.

A place that those who have come before you have known,

And loved,

And held dear.

A roaring fire beckons you,

Along with the perfect seat.

You settle in comfortably with excitement,

Openness,

And curiosity,

Knowing that something significant is about to happen.

As you sit in this powerful place,

You can feel yourself getting stronger,

Surrounded by all five elements of nature.

The rocky and molten metal earth below you,

The air and the heavens above you,

The water flowing within and all around you,

The solid wooden trees with deep roots surrounding you,

And the burning fire roaring before you,

And deep within your belly.

You feel a profound and unshakable oneness with the universe,

And all who came before you in your lineage.

You begin to sense that you are not alone,

And as you look around,

You can see that you are surrounded by your ancestors,

Both recently passed and ancient,

Near and far.

Their deep love washes over you,

Filling you to overflowing,

And dissolving any sense of separateness,

And replacing it with an overwhelming feeling of community and connection.

You know that they are here for you,

To support,

To guide,

And to offer you their wisdom and healing.

As you revel in the love and belongingness that permeates your being,

One steps forward to greet you.

This extraordinary ancestral guide has some important wisdom to bestow.

As you stand and look in their loving eyes,

You notice the color of the beautiful crystal they have hanging around their neck,

And they share with you the message they came here to tell you,

And you receive it with grace.

Next,

They reach out for your hand,

And place a small special object,

A token,

A symbol,

And a gift meant just for you into your open palm.

You know intuitively that you have received everything that you were meant to receive here,

And you begin to walk back along the path from once you came,

With your special ancestral guide at your side.

It feels so comforting to be in their presence,

And to know you are not alone on this journey.

When you reach the end of your walk together,

Your guide squeezes your hand and gives you a reassuring wink.

They encourage you to move forward with confidence and conviction,

Knowing you have everything you need.

Most of all,

They want you to take their love and support with you,

And know that you can call on them anytime.

You have the wisdom of all of the ancestors within,

And they are always with you.

You can't help but give them a warm embrace,

And you thank them for everything they've given you.

You say goodbye as you walk away.

You look around the beautiful surroundings again,

In wonder and amazement,

Your heart brimming with gratitude.

Now I would like you to return back into your body.

Notice your breath again,

And you can tap your thymus right in the middle of your chest a few times to anchor in that feeling of love and deep sense of belonging.

And then,

As you're ready,

You can return to the room and open your eyes.

Please spend a little time reflecting on and capturing all the fine details that stood out to you in this meditation.

You can even pause here if you like.

What message did your guide convey?

What gift did they give you?

What color was the crystal around their neck?

What other things stood out to you?

Did you see any animals?

Spend some time contemplating the significance of all of these messages.

Look up their meanings.

Does the color of the crystal relate to one of your chakras or remind you of anything?

Be on the lookout for any other signs,

Symbols,

Or synchronicities.

Watch for and be open to further resonance in all aspects of your life.

Trust that divine source,

Or whatever you call your higher power,

And your guides are always leading you towards your power and your purpose.

And remember,

Dear one,

That you are never alone.
