Hello beautiful soul.
This is Ivy and I'm going to take you on a journey to reclaim your worth.
I invite you to get comfortable.
You can do this sitting up or lying down as long as your spine is straight.
Please close your eyes and settle into your breath.
Notice what it feels like to be in your body.
Is there any part of your body that wants your attention or perhaps has a message for you?
Go ahead and take a few more deep cleansing inhales,
Pausing at the top and then letting the air out slowly with a sigh or any sound that feels good.
Imagine that you are walking along the beach,
Listening to the waves,
Gently ebbing and flowing.
You can feel your toes and feet digging into the sand as you meander down the beach,
The warm sun on your face and a comfortable breeze dancing across your skin.
After a while,
You notice a little girl ahead of you building a sandcastle.
As you get closer,
You can't yet see her face but there is something familiar about her.
Once you get close enough,
You realize with a slight surprise that the little girl is you.
She looks up at you and gives you a big smile and you can't help but smile back at her sweet and innocent face.
She says,
I've been waiting for you.
And she reaches for your hand and gives you a gentle tug to sit down beside her.
You do as she wishes and sit down cross-legged and look at her in wonder.
She crawls into the space between your legs,
Makes herself comfortable and drapes her arms around your neck,
Giving you the sweetest,
Most pure hug and you can feel the love just beaming from her.
As she comfortably and safely sits in your lap,
You hold her and love on her and feel a deep sense of peace.
As you do so,
You look up and see that the sun has just set and the most beautiful shades of pink and purple that you have ever seen streak across the sky.
You notice a large sphere of sparkling pink light and somehow you know that it is healing energy meant just for you.
You feel this shimmering pink light wash over your entire body,
Bringing with it a deep sense of worthiness like you have never known before.
You can actually feel it swirling around you and sense it permeating your body.
First,
Deepen your bones and then glittering life into every single cell.
You are completely lit up by this nourishing energy.
You can feel it emanating strongly from the very core of your heart as part of your true essence.
And when you think about it,
You know in both your conscious and unconscious mind that you are worthy just because you exist,
Just because you were born.
You feel a oneness with the universe and understand deeply that there is only one you and that you are valuable beyond measure.
You can also sense this unshakable enoughness deep in your gut.
It's as if your body knew all along,
And it was just waiting for you to remember.
You allow yourself to revel in this inner knowing and to feel all the wonderful feelings as the beautiful pink light continues to heal and nourish your body,
Mind and soul.
Your heart is bursting with love for yourself now and for the little girl you once were.
The outpouring of love makes you want to put your hands on your heart to anchor in that joyful,
Expansive feeling.
And as you begin to wiggle your fingers and toes and come back to the present moment,
As you're ready,
You know without a doubt that something amazing has happened and you are forever changed.
You have reclaimed your true inherent worth from every place that you have ever given yourself away,
Settled for less than you deserve,
Doubted your worth or your value.
You know that you will never again need to measure your worth by anything outside of you.
And now that your worth is anchored deep in your body and your soul,
We will use the power of your voice to speak it into the universe so that it can conspire in your favor.
Please repeat these affirmations after me.
