Hello and welcome to this reflection about the importance of visualizing your goals every day.
Take a moment to get comfortable wherever you are,
Quiet your mind,
And simply allow these words to take root in your mind,
Your heart,
And your spirit.
I will be using the first person today so that you can step into these reflections and affirmations and make them your own.
Feel free to pause to allow for more time to reflect as needed,
And listen to this recording as often as needed for maximum benefit.
Let's begin.
Although my plans can change at any given time,
I have goals I want to accomplish.
Because my goals are important to me,
I keep them in the forefront of my mind,
I do many things to help me focus on my goals each day.
For example,
I might download a picture on my cell phone of a new home I'm saving for.
Or,
I might use a photo of somewhere I really want to visit as the wallpaper on my computer.
I might place a book related to my dream job on the coffee table in my living room or on my nightstand.
I might drop change into my money jar at the end of the day and think about my children's education that I am saving for.
These seemingly insignificant actions are really quite important.
They remind me of my goals and my intentions at various times throughout my day.
Placing reminders around me helps me to visualize my goals.
Because I am constantly reminded of my goals,
My dreams,
And my aspirations,
I work more diligently every day to achieve them.
Sometimes I close my eyes and imagine having achieved each of my goals.
I think of the next vacation I want to go on with my family and see us having fun and creating wonderful new memories together.
I picture myself succeeding in the new job I want to apply for.
Visualizing my goals and dreams help me live a more fulfilling life by encouraging me to continue on my journey to reach them.
Today,
I renew my efforts to contemplate and visualize each of my goals every day.
I think about more ways that can help me to focus on bringing my dreams to life.
As we wrap up our time together,
Ask yourselves these three questions.
How important are my goals to me?
How often do I think about my goals?
And what can I do to set up a daily routine so that I will be constantly reminded of my goals?
