It's important to speak to ourselves with as much love, concern, and compassion as we speak to others. These 25 self-love affirmations can be incorporated into your daily meditation practice and can be used any time you want to give yourself some more love. You matter as much as all of the people you love in your life, so take some time practice self-love each day. Thank you so much for listening. Music: "Endless Spirits" by Adi Goldstein

Welcome!

These self-love affirmations can be incorporated into your daily routine as a part of your meditation practice.

Let's begin by making yourself as comfortable as possible.

You may close your eyes,

Soften your gaze,

Or look at yourself in a mirror.

To prepare to receive these affirmations,

Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose for a count of five and slowly exhaling through your mouth for a count of five.

Continue breathing normally.

I will say each of the self-love affirmations and pause briefly after each one before continuing to the next one.

You may repeat each affirmation out loud or silently to yourself.

You also may choose to write them down after we are finished so that you can revisit them whenever you would like.

So get comfortable and now let's begin.

I am strong.

I am whole.

I can do this.

I am grateful.

I am kind.

I am in love with my body.

I do not stress over things I cannot control.

I am successful.

I am beautiful inside and out.

I am one of a kind.

I am unstoppable.

I deserve love and respect.

I love myself.

I am learning and growing.

I embrace change.

I am creative.

I can be anything.

I am fearless.

Good things will continue to happen in my life.

I will focus on positive forces.

I am a magnet for good health and abundance.

I'm allowed to say no.

I am determined.

I am confident.

I trust myself.

As you reflect on these affirmations,

Let's take another deep breath in through your nose for a count of five and slowly exhale through your mouth for a count of five.

Take your time and when you're ready slowly open your eyes or refocus your gaze.

I hope that these self-love affirmations are beneficial to you and that you return to this practice whenever you need some more love for yourself.

Thank you so very much for choosing to spend time with me today and I wish you all the best on your journey.
