I Release Negative Energy

In this brief meditation, we will focus on letting go of negative energy and replacing it with positive energy. Allow the words and music to replenish your body, mind, soul, and spirit, as you bask in positivity. Return to this any time you need a shift in your energy.

I release negative energy. There is no place in my mind, In my body, In my spirit, Or in my soul that allows negative energy to reside. I choose to release all negative energy from my body, Mind, Soul, And spirit. When I am faced with choosing between embracing the positive or taking on the negative, I choose the positive each time. I close my eyes and imagine love and positive energy washing over me like a rain shower. I imagine droplets of love, Bright and golden, Raining down onto my skin. As these droplets move across my body, I can feel the positivity wash away any negative energy there is. I see them cleanse the surface of my skin, Leaving it clean and refreshed, As negativity is replaced with positivity. As the droplets continue to fall, I see the negative energy pool at my feet as it falls from my body. I watch as it flows away from me, Leaving me light and free. I choose to release any negativity from my body. I am a being of light, Of love, And of compassion, And these are the qualities I choose to focus on in all that I do. Today, I choose to release that which no longer serves me. These things are of no benefit to me, And I refuse to allow the weight of the past to hold me back from achieving my full potential. I release negative energy.
