More than 25 years ago, I started writing in my gratitude journal each day. This simple, yet powerful, practice has made good days even better and challenging days bearable. Over the years, my gratitude journal practice has evolved in two ways, which I will share with you in this brief talk. My hope is that these two tweaks will help elevate your gratitude practice, too.
