In today’s guided meditation, I’m going to help you connect with your fear, worry and doubt in a new way so that you can manifest your desires faster than you ever thought possible. Welcome back to the Meditations and Usings podcast.

Today's meditation is called Feel and Clear Your Emotions to Manifest All You Desire.

Take a moment right now to get present,

To get focused,

To close your eyes if you're in a place where you can do that.

And if you're not,

Perhaps you can come back to this meditation where you can go within.

Many meditations can be done with eyes open,

Walking in a beautiful place in nature,

Or pretty much anywhere that you feel connected to divine into the energy around you.

This particular meditation truly will benefit from having you close your eyes and travel to the landscape within you.

We have so much living within our inner realm that we can access and sometimes clear in order to move into that which we desire.

First I invite you to focus on an idea,

A vision,

A thing,

Perhaps it's a dollar amount of what it is that you are hoping to create and manifest into your external world.

Just see if you can gather a visual representation of that desire in this moment.

And as you're doing that,

I invite you to start focusing on your breath at the same time.

Really bringing air into your nose to the count of three and releasing through your mouth at the count of four.

When we make our exhales longer than our inhales,

We actually create more space in our bodies.

And breathing in and exhaling.

Do this one or two more times at your own pace.

And for your last exhale,

I invite you to sigh and release any tension in your body.

Coming back to that vision I had you conjure up right at the start.

I want you to notice whether you're thinking of a dollar amount,

Perhaps you want to manifest a thousand dollars or ten thousand dollars or a million dollars.

Perhaps you're visualizing a dream home overlooking the ocean.

Perhaps you're visualizing a dream job or an ideal body.

Whatever it is for you.

I want you to notice as you're thinking,

Visualizing,

Experiencing this to whatever degree you can,

Even if it's just a sensing of it,

I want you to notice right now what tension and emotion is starting to arise in your body.

It's totally normal when we begin to create something that we haven't yet experienced or something that we may doubt or fear that we'll never have.

Your body does what it's supposed to do.

It reacts.

So I want you to notice if you're feeling any fear or doubt or sadness,

Maybe even excitement.

And just notice how it's showing up in your body.

For some people,

They feel a sort of a heaviness in the chest area or butterflies in your belly.

Perhaps even a constriction in your throat.

Some people feel tension or pressure behind their eyes or in their forehead.

There's no wrong here.

Just notice,

Perhaps you even become more constricted and tense to starting to think about the logical reasons why what you want is not going to happen.

And so many of the modern self-help books will teach you to avoid these unpleasant emotions because they're going to counteract or deflect that what you want.

But the opposite is actually what's true.

If you spend time resisting that fear and doubt and lack,

That's what you're going to focus on.

So just as it is important to dream,

Visualize,

Envision your desires,

It's also crucial to acknowledge,

Honor,

And release the quote unquote negative emotions.

I want you to rewrite your association with fear,

Doubt,

And worry.

The more you deny those emotions,

The more they're going to call your attention constantly away from that which you desire,

Keeping you stuck in the loop.

So again,

Envision that which you desire,

Whether it's a dream home,

A dream job,

A beautiful relationship,

Healed relationships,

An amount of money,

A resolution to something you've been wanting to resolve,

Anything.

Maybe you're just sitting on the beach enjoying beautiful cold drink and your family and friends are around you,

Or perhaps you're alone enjoying some peace.

And just spend some time there.

Feel how it feels to be there.

According to manifestation law,

Just spending about 17 seconds and the energy of that which you desire begins to magnetize it to you on its own timeline,

Of course.

So spend as much time as you can there for the next 20 or so seconds.

Feel the feelings,

The excitement,

The joy.

Feel how it feels to be there,

To have it already done.

Just stay there as long as you can for another 12 seconds.

Stay in it.

Notice your feet.

What does the air feel like on your skin?

Who else is there with you?

Notice what you're wearing.

How does it feel to be there?

Wonderful.

That was just about 17 seconds and the energy of that which you desire.

Now I want you to notice what thoughts are coming up.

What worries,

Doubts or emotions are coming up?

Is it a telling you all the reasons why you're not going to have those things and why you've already tried so many ways to get there and it's just not working for you?

Are you worried that you might never have it?

That's okay.

Just feel those emotions.

It's as important to feel these negative,

So-called negative emotions as it is to spend time feeling your vision.

But just notice where in your body you're feeling the emotion,

The tightness,

The worry.

And we're going to breathe for the next 20 seconds and just let yourself feel it.

Just feel it.

Nothing will happen.

You're just feeling emotions.

Breathe and feel.

Breathe and feel.

Breathe and feel.

Breathe.

Feel.

Breathe.

Feel.

Feel.

Breathe.

Feel.

Breathe.

Just notice how when you stay with the emotion,

It actually begins to change.

The hard edges begin to soften,

The sharp edges begin to dull,

And you didn't die,

You're here.

You felt the emotion and you're still here.

A beautiful way to engage with these emotions is to ask,

What do I need to know?

What am I not seeing?

What else is possible?

When you start asking open-ended positive questions,

When you're dealing with your negative emotions,

You start to notice that you are stronger than you knew and more capable of dealing with the negative emotions than others might have you believe.

So take a nice deep breath and release.

When you take those questions that I just asked you and use the momentum of the experience that you just gifted yourself,

The visioning and the sitting with the fear and worry.

And go grab a journal and just start writing.

What am I not seeing?

What do I need to know?

What else is possible?

And start there.

I guarantee you,

You're going to discover some new things and new ways,

New perspectives to deal with your fear and your worry,

And new pathways open up to the vision that you are wanting to manifest.

beautiful perspective on these so called negative emotions, i’ve always felt like i shouldn’t be feeling these emotions and when i do i’m upset at myself for feeling these emotions. But I am coming to the truth of the matter and seeing that these emotions are apart of being human and they come and go as they please, i don’t have to be upset at myself for feeling a way that’s “out of balance”. I can feel, acknowledge, accept and let it go. Thank you for being in my reality and showing me what it’s like to show compassion to myself and my emotions🤍🫶🏼

This should have more stars for sure! I loved this easy and perfect practice to remember that negative emotions are just vibrations and the more we understand them, the easier it is to choose thoughts that will create emotions that feel more spacious and aligned with our visions. Thank you for the reminder that these aren’t something to avoid or “get rid of” and it’s up to us how we relate to them. 🙏🏻💕
