This is an invitation to go deeper.
We're living in a time,
And in truth all times,
Where it's easy to stay on the surface.
Getting deeper can take us to places that touch on our wounds,
Our pain,
Our fear,
Our doubt.
And yet,
Staying on the surface can also block the biggest blessings of love,
Connection,
Bonding and authenticity.
It's easy to look around at all the chaos around us,
On the news,
In the world,
In cities near and far.
It's easy to see the headlines and back away or retreat into a cocoon of surface experience.
And yet,
The human experience invites us to go deeper.
Come back to your breath.
And just like our experience can stay surface,
So can your breath.
Invite your breath to go deeper into the recesses of your lungs and your body,
Filling you with air,
Possibility,
Hope,
And connection to something deep within you that has always been there,
That will always be here,
That connects to the heart and soul,
Everyone you meet.
If only you allow yourself to go deeper.
Beyond the surface,
Beyond what we can see,
There is a world of limitless possibility.
The limitless possibility includes the chaos,
Includes the pain,
Includes the fear and the wounds.
And as above,
So below,
Diving deeper invites brighter light,
Deeper love,
Stronger connections,
And seeing beyond what the eyes can behold,
Hearing beyond what the ears can perceive,
And knowing beyond what others say to be true.
I invite you to go deeper.
At these depths,
You'll find like souls who see the surface and know that a depth of connection to self,
To others,
And divine awaits.
