Welcome.
Start by paying attention to those parts of your body where you feel some tension.
Noticing and slightly softening.
Begin to feel grateful,
Forgiving you this time and allowing yourself to be in the present moment.
As you settle into your preferred posture,
Begin to close your eyes if you don't already have them closed.
Feeling the muscles of your face and being present however that looks for you.
Today we are going to access that powerful,
Resilient source that's already within you.
In difficult times it's possible we may lose touch with our inner strength.
I will guide you through some visualizations to help you bounce back from your circumstances.
Wherever you are,
Begin to settle your body,
Maybe turning open the palms of your hands on top of your thighs.
Believing that you will receive the most precious gift and fully believing you deserve it.
Visualize a powerful source of light on top of your head.
A bright light full of resilient power.
You can already feel the beaming rays touching and caressing your body with gentle kindness.
Breathing in you let that powerful light enter the crown of your head.
Simply filling your entire body with calmness.
Breathing out we'll let the remnants of the light rest within us.
Breathing in again we see the light come in through the crown of your head,
Filling again your entire body.
Breathing out more light remains inside of you.
Repeating this conscious breathing,
Letting the powerful light rejuvenate your body in each inhale.
And let it rest on your body in each exhale.
Breathing in again we see the light come in through the crown of your head.
If your mind wanders just remember that this powerful light never ceases and it fills you up more and more whenever you bring attention to it.
Resilience is all about growth and knowing that you can learn and flourish from the difficulties.
When you bring mindfulness to the process of going through hard times you can train yourself to recognize resilience within you.
Remembering also that you have what it takes to go through hardships and you are worthy of refueling your power whenever you need to.
Breathing in,
Letting the light inside you and breathing out and feeling energized and energized is all about growth and knowing that you can learn and flourish from the difficulties.
If you have the palms of your hands turned over,
Bring them back in contact with your body,
Perhaps bringing them together or perhaps resting them in your heart center.
Doing what feels right at this moment.
Whenever you hear the bell,
You may slowly open your eyes.
And come into your room.
