Grounding In Nature

This practice is best when done outside. Perhaps, sitting on the ground near a beautiful tree, in your backyard, facing a plant, a tree, or the sky. Find somewhere you can be with a glimpse of nature. Grounding calls us to get in touch with our humanity and appreciate what we have within and outside of us. I hope that you enjoy this meditation.
