We need to train our mind from Asuya (fault-finding tendency) to Anasuya (devoid of finding any faults). This can only be done by observing our minds. We all are one! There is only one consciousness, and we need to realize this through our own experience. The mind gets into Tamasic (darkness, destruction, impurity, and indulgence), and Rajasic (activity and passion) states. But through our effort, we need to train the mind to get into Satvic (purity and harmony) state.
