Listen to Ektaji guide us through a self-exploration meditation, "Niraham, Aham and Idam", from Chapter 10 of Atma Darshan by Atmananda Krishna Menon. This meditation explores Aham, Niraham, and Idam- the I-ness, the absence of I-ness, and Thatness. Standing as the witness, we observe how Aham ("I") localizes into I am the body and I am the mind, creating the experiencer. The "I" then projects the world of objects- smell, taste, touch, sound, and sight which are seen as superimpositions on the "I". Through direct seeing, the illusion of "I" and that dissolves, revealing Niraham- the Knowingness, the field of observation devoid of an observer, where everything is simply Knowledge.
