Arrive here slowly,
With ease,
Allowing your eyes to close if that would feel right.
Feel a softness wash over your forehead,
Your temples,
Your eyes.
Feel the jaw soften,
Releasing down into your neck,
Your shoulders,
Breathe in,
Let the breath guide you back to your heart,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Land a little closer to your heart,
Making your way home.
Home to your knowing,
Home to your ability to trust.
Right here as we get quiet and still,
Can you feel your inner compass,
Your energy of knowing what step to take next,
That feeling of no doubt,
You are the greatest guide.
It's time to stop the external searching,
Asking everyone but you.
Ask yourself the question you need guidance on,
And just listen.
Breathe around the answer that comes forward,
Inhale,
Exhale.
You can trust your heart,
You can trust the direction that you are being guided toward,
Even if it doesn't make sense,
Go with it.
This is how you strengthen your knowing,
You tune into your intuition,
Following what's yours.

How do you guide yourself?
She answered,
Close your eyes and you will find three guides that are always within you,
Your intuition,
Your values,
And your nervous system.
Feel their truth and it will make the way forward clear.
You have to trust that no one knows you better than you do.
Calling forward your intuition,
What is it trying to tell you?
Calling forward your values,
What is it trying to tell you?
Calling forward your nervous system,
What is it trying to whisper to you?
Listen.
If it feels right placing a hand or two over your heart,
And thanking your internal guidance.
May you never forget to look to you,
To seek to find answers within you,
Turning toward your internal compass,
Your knowing,
Your heart's guidance.
Instead of reaching outward,
Stay here with your knowing and see what else comes up.
Take time to think these parts of you.
Your knowing is always accessible,
You just have to listen and tune in.
Notice a shift in your energy,
Your awareness.
Feel ease and peace and trust in the body,
In the heart,
In the mind.
Follow your breath in,
Follow your breath out.
Now allow yourself to rediscover your body,
Moving intuitively to awaken back into your surroundings.
Maybe rock your head side to side,
Only when you're ready,
Blinking your eyes open.
