This is for when you feel very disconnected to yourself.
It's a short and sweet meditation to come back to your breath and check in with your heart.

Right away place your hands over your heart and just whisper to yourself,
I am here for you.
I am here for you.
Everything will be okay.
You are enough.
What else do you need to hear?
Breathing in slow through your nose,
Big sigh out your mouth.
Let your breath be proof that you are making it,
That you are alive.
And you are doing the best you can.
Breathe in,
Let it go.
And in this very moment,
All you need to do is breathe.
Giving yourself permission to just breathe and be.
Breathing in,
I am aware of my inhale.
Breathing out,
I am aware of my exhale.
You are not here to move through life,
Disconnected to your heart.
Feel this reunion with your heart.
Giving yourself the attention you need because my friend,
The only way forward is inward first.
If you want to move forward,
You have to go inward first.
