This gentle, heart-centered meditation invites you to soften self-judgment and reconnect with compassion for yourself—exactly as you are in this moment. Through mindful breathing, body awareness, and affirming reflection, you’ll be guided to release the pressure to improve, fix, or change, and instead rest in acceptance. This practice nurtures self-trust, emotional ease, and a deeper appreciation for the person you are becoming—by loving the person you are right now.

Hi my friend,

Arrive in this moment slowly just as you are,

Closing your eyes if that feels right,

Just notice your body breathing,

Notice the depth of your breath,

Notice the pace of your breath,

Simply see the you that is here now,

Encouraging your heart to open,

Your body to soften,

Allow yourself to be as you are,

Without any desire to fix,

Control or change,

Let yourself unravel,

Fill every inch of you with acceptance,

Compassion,

Grace,

My friend are you waiting to love yourself,

Are you subconsciously giving yourself conditional love,

There is no love like your own,

Can you start to tap into your source of love and stop withholding it from you,

Maybe placing a hand on your heart,

One hand on your belly,

Holding yourself,

Whispering to yourself I love you as you are,

I love you as you are,

Allow anything else to come up that you need to hear,

Anything that will support you in loving the you that is here now,

My friend there is a future version of you,

Looking back on this version of you,

Wondering why you didn't love you more,

Why you couldn't see how incredible you are,

How incredibly worthy you are,

There is a future version of you begging you to love you now,

Whispering to yourself I choose to love you now,

I choose to love you now,

Steady breath in,

Steady exhale,

Zaina Keithley writes you don't always see your own magic because it's disguised in the ordinary things you do every day,

It's the way you see the world,

How you make others feel when they're in your presence,

Like they're seen,

Like they matter,

And maybe all of this time you've been searching for magic in a world outside of you but can't you see it,

You are the magic,

Love to rise to the surface and embrace you,

Feel the relief in just loving yourself unconditionally right now as you are,

Radical acceptance,

True love,

Follow your breath in,

Notice your heartbeat,

Notice the warmth in your heart,

The ease in your body,

Feel held by the ground,

The cushion beneath you,

Without any rush,

Without any urgency,

Bring your awareness back to your surroundings,

Feel your mind return to the world around you,

Still very much aware of the love within you,

Honoring this version of you here and now,

Feeling the shift in your perspective,

Only when you're ready,

Finding movement in your body gently,

One more cleansing breath in,

Big sigh,

May you always remember you are beyond worthy of your own love and absolutely nothing needs to change about you,

Blinking your eyes open if they were closed,

From my heart to yours
