Welcome to the end of your day.

Allow yourself to completely let go of the day.

There's nothing left to do.

There's nothing left to try and control.

Release the day.

Release the day fully.

Close your eyes if you'd like.

Maybe turn your palms up towards the sky.

Feel the energy of the day lift from your body,

Your heart,

Your mind.

Exhale.

You did enough today,

My friend.

Can you let go of any lingering expectations?

Let go of any thoughts or ideas you had for today.

Can you feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude that today happened?

You lived another day.

And maybe it didn't feel like a good day,

But I'm sure you can find some good that did happen today.

It's normal,

My friend,

To feel down or overwhelmed at the end of the day.

So much of that comes from the expectations.

Can you just allow what is versus what you think should have been?

Let it be enough.

Breathe in slow,

Release.

Let it be enough.

Can you celebrate one thing that did happen today?

Can you recognize that maybe a successful day is when your nervous system is calm?

A beautiful day is a day where you are kind to your mind.

Let it be enough.

Breathe in slow,

Let it all go.

Notice how your mind,

Your heart,

Your body feels now.

This relief in knowing that you did your best,

The day is over.

You did enough.

You can let go here.

Slow breath in,

Slower exhale.

Become aware of whatever is holding you,

The chair,

The cushion,

The ground.

Soften your neck,

Your shoulders.

Release your jaw completely.

Feel this enoughness fill your entire body.

Feel the freedom of this moment.

Let it be enough.

You are enough.

With little to no rush,

Find movement in your body,

Reawakening slowly.

Blinking your eyes open if they were closed,

And just acknowledge your space around you.

What a gift it is to know that it's all enough.

Be gentle with you.

One more breath in,

Release.

From my heart to yours.
