Breath work is a powerful way to cultivate balance within.
As you breathe,
You can imagine clearing out any stagnant energy,
Shifting,
Rearranging everything within you to find more peace,
Balance,
Calm.
We inhale two short breaths and then exhale one long open mouth breath.

Notice right away what's already shifting.

Keep working with the breath,
