Welcome into this moment recognize that this is a new moment for you to meet your heart and to get closer to you gently close down your eyes if that feels safe feel your awareness slowly move out of your head and into your heart breathe in deeply exhale sigh it out allow your breath to be heard inhale big sigh big expansive inhale exhale let it go notice what is swirling within you instead of fighting how you feel just embrace what feelings are asking to be felt sit with yourself right here let yourself be there was a time when you doubted yourself and you still made it through did you forget it every time you doubt yourself you always get to the other side and on the other side of doubt is trust on the other side of doubt is your deep knowing this mantra has changed my inner dialogue doubt your doubts doubt your doubts before you doubt yourself just sit with this doubt your doubts this is a reminder to challenge what you think to challenge your doubts to remember that you can trust yourself that you've always made it through things always fall together they're not really falling apart breathe in let it go can you feel the energy shifting within you your heart opening choosing to doubt your doubts question the inner narrative that convinces you to doubt you are so well equipped and you are so capable everything works out for you everything is in your favor doubt your doubts breathe in sigh it out what do you need to hear right now breathe in your own words set something free ah coming back to self-trust remembering who you are whispering to yourself everything works out for me nothing is too good for me i am capable inhale wiggle your fingers your toes maybe roll your shoulders and really lift your heart open finding a soft smile there you are
