This practice guides you back to the breath as an anchor in the present moment. By gently releasing the weight of urgency and expectation, you learn to replace pressure with presence. Each inhale grounds you, each exhale softens you, creating space for calm, clarity, and ease right where you are.

Hi my friend,

You are free to rest here and release all the pressure of everything that feels heavy,

Everything that you feel you need to do.

You are allowed to just be here and melt and let go.

I encourage you to lay down for this meditation,

But if you'd prefer a different posture,

That's okay.

Listen to your body.

Wherever you are,

Take a breath in,

Exhale,

Release.

Allow your feet to feel heavy,

Allow your head to soften down and feel everything in between,

Relax.

Bring into your mind's awareness what may be causing this pressure,

This overwhelm energetically in your body,

Your mind,

Your heart.

Allow your hands to release,

Your palms to open,

Letting go of the grip,

Feel the shoulders melt down,

Let your entire spine soften,

Yet at the same time feel held and supported.

Feel the pressure start to lift off of you,

Molecule by molecule,

This energy lifts,

Feeling that relief.

Now you can breathe deeper,

Inhale,

Continue to feel this energy leave your body,

Overwhelm the stress that comes with the pressure,

Feel this lighter energy settle in as the weight continues to lift,

Feel your legs and hips soften,

Your entire body now feeling weightless,

Releasing the pressure.

When you are present here,

The pressure is set free,

You don't need to do anything right now,

You don't need to figure anything out,

You just need to breathe and be.

You can be without it,

Put down what you've been carrying,

Keep utilizing the exhale to release and release a little more,

Inhale,

Exhale the weight of pressure,

Let go of all that is heavy,

Continue to put that intention behind your breath,

Inhale the light,

Exhale the heavy,

Soften every inch of you,

Maybe you feel like you're floating now,

What a gift it is to be present here,

May you remember your breath is always accessible,

The exhale is here for you to release the pressure,

The expectations,

The overwhelm,

You don't have to hold it in,

Just sink into this feeling for a couple more minutes,

Let yourself feel into the lightness,

The relief of letting go,

Bring awareness to the ground beneath you,

Feel the steady energy,

Know that every breath you take you can release little by little,

Take your sweet time to reawaken your body,

Finding small small movement,

Maybe brushing your thumb across each finger gently,

Rock your head side to side slowly,

Maybe inhale,

Reach your arms up overhead,

Stretching from fingers to toes,

Big exhale,

No rush here my friend,

Gently make your way to a seated space if you're laying down,

Maybe placing a hand or two over your heart,

You are not meant to hold it all,

Keep using the breath,

Keep using your presence to release the pressure and feel how you can feel light again,

Whole,

One more inhale,

Exhale,

Big sigh,

Think your eyes open if they were closed,

Go slowly,

From my heart to yours
