Welcome to this moment my friend,

Allow yourself to really arrive here,

Use your breath to land slowly,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Allow everything that just happened to float away,

Let everything that's on its way to patiently wait,

You are free to unravel here to just be,

Let your awareness sink into your heart,

Letting the mind just be without you for a while,

Simply be in the presence of your heart,

Sink into the awareness of your body,

Breathe in,

Let it all go,

Arriving into the place where you can remember,

You can remember who you are,

It's easy to forget and feel lost or overwhelmed,

It's easy to get caught up in patterns or behaviors that really aren't you,

As you breathe here,

Feel yourself coming back into alignment,

Standing back into your power of who you are,

Of your knowing,

Anchoring into your true essence,

You are truly allowing yourself to be who you are,

There's ease,

There's peace,

There's an effortlessness,

My friend,

You are constantly becoming and you are constantly unlearning who you think you should be,

Unlearning all the expectations,

The version of you that you wish to be is already right here,

Feel your true essence come forward,

There's nothing more magnetic than stepping into who you are meant to be,

There's nothing more powerful and freeing than choosing to be yourself,

Allowing yourself to exist in your entirety,

You don't need to be anyone else,

My friend,

Can you drop the comparison,

Can you drop the wishing you had someone else's life or body or face or career,

It is a gift to be you,

Slow breath in,

Slower exhale,

I'm not sure who wrote these amazing words but listen to them,

Take them to heart,

There is a unique power that comes from stepping into the person you were always meant to become,

It's the kind of power that doesn't need to shout,

Prove or perform because it flows from alignment,

When you stop forcing yourself into roles that don't fit and finally embrace your truth,

You unlock a life that feels lighter,

Freer and more magnetic,

Becoming who you're meant to be isn't about changing into someone else,

It's about remembering,

Remembering your worth,

Remembering your strength,

Remembering the vision you had for yourself before doubt and fear tried to bury it,

When you return to that inner knowing,

Every decision,

Every boundary and every opportunity begins to line up with your highest self,

The real power is in the freedom,

The freedom to live unapologetically,

To attract relationships that reflect your value and to create a life that feels authentic to your soul,

The moment you stop betraying yourself for comfort or approval,

You step into a version of you that feels unstoppable your highest self isn't waiting,

It's already within you,

Step into their power breathe in,

Breathe out what would it feel like to live unapologetically,

To remember you you are becoming more and more of who you really are,

May you get out of your own way if it feels right placing a hand or two over your beating heart,

Really connecting to your true essence here how does it feel to be you in this moment now take your sweet time to return bring your senses back to your surroundings keep this steady connection to your heart,

To who you are as you go forward slowly whenever you're ready and not a moment sooner,

Blinking your eyes open if they were closed one more breath in release

Something you said made my think “I am so use to searching for who I am, I am not seeing that I am already there.” Thank you for the lovely meditation ❣️

Thank you for this beautiful meditation and for the reminder that it is a gift to be me. I think we sometimes lose sight of who we are and who we’re trying to become. The re-discovery of self is so healthy and empowering. It allows us to continue to grow and become the best version of ourselves. Thank you. 🙏🏻

Becoming who you are: Eileen, this meditation is one of the best I have heard here on IT. I've learened a lot here and have practiced skills I have learned. This meditation touched me deeply in my heart. About who we truly are. I felt I was getting in touch with the core of myself where there was no action I needed to take but just be who I am. I felt defenses were unnecessary. I was open to my soul, my spirit where there was deep calm. Your words and gentleness in speaking them, the moments of breathing in between lended to a very quiet peace. Thank you for this beautiful meditation yhat I'm sure to come back to. Robt.🙏
