Hi my friend,

You are worthy of this 5 minutes to reset and connect back with your heart.

If you'd like you can close your eyes.

Just allow everything around you to fade away.

Soften into your inner reality.

And if it feels like too much,

Remember your breath is your anchor.

You can feel calm within the chaos,

Steady within any storm.

Breathe in,

Exhale slowly,

Slow inhale,

Slower exhale,

Let everything melt,

Inhale,

Release it.

In this moment,

Can you remember all you can control is your response?

Can you let go of everything that you cannot control?

Free your mind of the overwhelm of trying to control it all.

My friend,

Can you feel the peace of this moment?

In this very,

Very moment,

You are okay.

And it will be okay.

Steady inhale,

Steady exhale.

Ram Dass writes,

I can do nothing for you,

But work on myself.

You can do nothing for me,

But work on yourself.

Can you return back to your own life,

Your own awareness,

And free yourself of the responsibility of others?

It doesn't have to mean so much.

All that matters is your response and how you are taking care of you.

Come back to you.

Feel this powerful reset,

This remembering,

This returning to what really matters.

Big audible exhale.

Notice how you feel now.

Be proud of yourself for choosing to pause,

To take time to be with your heart,

Your mind.
