Explore MeditationEd Watson has been meditating for five years and trained to deliver mindfulness to pupils through the Mindfulness in Schools Project three years ago. He then trained with the mental health charity Mind to deliver the 8-week MBSR and is currently working towards his registration with the UK Centre for Mindfulness. Ed also works as an educational consultant, supporting wellbeing organisations to create programmes for teachers and pupils.
