There is the light and there are clearly parts that are in the dark.
But it's up to us to choose which part to give more importance in every moment of our day.
Clearly,
It's not always so easy to do that and sometimes it's not even easy to say it.
At various times of the day and also at night,
When we can't sleep,
We tend to give importance to factors that cause us stress and tension.
In addition to that,
We interact with other people and these interactions are not always so rosy.
But today we focus on the positive,
On the light and try as much as possible to illuminate even those parts of us that we may not fully accept.
The feelings of guilt,
The insecurities that sometimes assail us and damage our self-confidence.
To begin with,
We find a very comfortable position,
Sitting with a straight back or lying down.
We relax our shoulders and our neck.
With our hands,
We gently caress our face and if we wish,
We can even give ourselves a big hug.
Let's give ourselves lots of love.
Let's be the biggest supporters of ourselves and let's pamper ourselves as we deserve it.
Very often,
We don't even feel adequate.
Other people don't make us feel completely worthy of love,
But in our hearts,
We know that we are.
We adjust our position to be even more comfortable and feel even better.
Now we're going to breathe three times deeply with a big sigh on the exhale.
Our body allows itself the relaxation it really needs.
Let's give ourselves all the time necessary to reach a state of greater relaxation.
And if thoughts should visit us,
Let's not fight them,
But on the contrary,
Let them come and go,
Giving greater importance to our breathing.
Let our breathing be continuous without pausing as much as possible.
Let's focus on our solar plexus chakra.
The sun,
Our great beloved sun that lights up our days,
Now comes to warm and radiate light and energy to our body and our essence.
Let's just imagine a warm and strong light starting from our solar plexus,
Which is able to reach even the most hidden and dark spaces of our body and mind.
Let's welcome this energy with a big welcome and let's not fear because it's only here to heal and make us even stronger.
Let's continue breathing normally.

If sometimes thoughts come to visit us,
Let's not fight them.
Let's instead invest more energy in our breathing.
