Hello everyone and welcome to this meditation together.
Let's relax our shoulders,
Find a comfortable place where we won't be disturbed.
You can decide to have this meditation seated,
Lying down,
Enjoying some moments of full relaxation,
Peace,
Find a balance in our lives.
All around the world,
In many countries the situation is a little complicated.
There's a lot of racism,
There's a lot of discrimination,
Hate.
The economy is not doing the way it's supposed to be.
Some people are struggling,
Some changes in the healthcare system,
In the benefits that people receive.
Let's take three breaths together so we can really focus and find this state of mind,
Our soul can feel ease.
Let it go.
Okay.
Sometimes we focus too much on the negative,
The things that are not working.
Our thoughts are like a trap.
We feel there's no hope,
There's no light.
And talking about light,
Let's think about this bright white light that is heading our,
The top of our head.
It feels like a shower of light and it's entering every cell of our body and like a shower is taking away the sufferance.
Liberating us of those thoughts sometimes of despair,
Distress.
It's healing us,
It's healing us like hope,
Cuddling us and giving us strength,
Power.
The light is surrounding us completely.
We feel more at ease.
We are more relaxed.
Keep breathing.
Okay.
Let this light reach every part of your body.
Maybe now you can even have a smile on your face.
Your limbs are more relaxed.
It almost feels like somebody is massaging you,
Is taking away the stress from your shoulders,
From your neck,
From your lower back.
Let the light reach the parts of your body where you keep all the stress.
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your belly,
Your hips.
The shower is taking away those thoughts in which you're sometimes caught.
There's still hope for a change.
There's still hope for this society.
We raise our voices.
We don't let injustice.
The differences between people in our society take away the peace,
The tranquility that we all deserve.
The light is still cuddling us.
Bit by bit,
We wake up.
We wake our body up.
We wiggle our toes and fingers.
We can even decide to have a big stretch.
We can always return to this light,
This amazing shower,
Which gives us a lot of hope.
When you're ready,
You can start opening your eyes.
Get comfortable with the light,
With the sounds,
With the smell.
