Hi,

Wanna have a cappuccino,

Tea,

A coffee or your favorite drink with me?

Take some time and make your favorite drink while I'm making mine.

I start my day with a delicious cappuccino.

What about you?

To be mindful means to be able to take your time,

Live the moment and enjoy that specific period of time.

Let your senses guide you,

The smell in particular but also the sound while you're preparing your drink.

The sound of the water running in the sink of the kettle of the coffee machine while running.

You hear the sound and your stars smell the ingredients.

What can we do?

Ooh,

That's good.

Today I'm going to put some cocoa powder on my cappuccino.

I'm smelling this scent of cocoa.

This is a reminder to tell us that life is like this.

We should take advantage of these little moments that we have for us.

They make us feel good.

My dad likes to share some of my foam with me.

It was suspicious the first time I gave it to him.

Let's go and enjoy our drink.

When your drink is ready,

Sit down and smell it.

Sit down and slowly enjoy every single part of this experience.

Be mindful.

Let your buds enjoy the taste.

Your brain is happy.

You're content.

You feel good.

Now put the drink down.

But before doing it,

Sip a bit more of it.

Keep it in your mouth for a few seconds and let your body take even more enjoyment out of it.

Also be grateful and thankful for the fact that you have a drink.

Your favorite drink.

Sometimes we take these little things for granted,

But they're not.

Take your drinks again in your hands.

Smell it.

Let your sense of the smell leave this moment.

Being abreated by its scents.

Keep drinking and sipping it.

I hear the sound of the foam moving because of the cocoa powder that I put on top.

Take your time.

Keep drinking it.

And later,

Remind yourself of this experience.

Remember that it is up to you to have others similar to this one.

While drinking,

Eating,

Preparing your meals,

Or do certain chores around the house.

Sometimes we just rush to the next things.

We're not able to enjoy it in the moment.

We were always thinking ahead,

Like,

Oh my god,

What's next?

What's next?

But if we start taking our time and enjoy every single moment,

Life can be different.

Let's meet soon again.
